Claims (12)
- 熱交換管と、
第1のフィンと、
を備え、
前記熱交換管は、第1の回路を形成するように構成した第1の熱交換管、及び第2の回路を形成するように構成した第2の熱交換管を備え、
前記第1の熱交換管は、前記第2の熱交換管よりも大きい合計熱交換能力を有し、
前記第1のフィンは、それぞれの少なくとも一部分が第1の方向で延在し、前記第1の方向に直交する第2の方向で一列に配置され、前記熱交換管と交互に配置され、
前記第1の熱交換管は、前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の両方に直交する第3の方向で配置した第1の熱交換管部及び第2の熱交換管部;並びに前記第1の熱交換管部及び前記第2の熱交換管部を互いに接続し、流体連通させる接続部を備え、前記第1の熱交換管部及び前記第2の熱交換管部は、前記第2の方向で前記第1の熱交換管部及び前記第2の熱交換管部の一方の側に位置する同じ前記第1のフィンと接触し、前記第2の方向で前記第1の熱交換管部及び前記第2の熱交換管部のもう一方の側に位置する同じ前記第1のフィンと接触する、熱交換器。 - それぞれ前記第1の熱交換管の少なくとも1つから構成した第1の熱交換管セット、及びそれぞれ前記第2の熱交換管の少なくとも1つから構成した第2の熱交換管セットは、前記第2の方向で交互に配置する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の熱交換管、前記第2の熱交換管、及び前記第1のフィンは、前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向D2の両方に直交する第3の方向における少なくとも一方の側で位置合わせし、前記第2の方向で互いに位置合わせする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の熱交換管の数は、前記第2の熱交換管の数よりも多く、
前記第1の熱交換管は、前記第2の熱交換管の長さよりも長く、
前記第1の熱交換管は、前記第2の熱交換管の幅よりも大きく、
前記第1の熱交換管は、前記第2の熱交換管の厚さよりも厚い、及び/又は
前記第1の熱交換管の内部通路の合計断面積は、前記第2の熱交換管の内部通路の合計断面積よりも大きい、請求項2又は3に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記熱交換管は、複数の同じ繰り返しユニットが前記第2の方向で配置されるように前記第2の方向で配置し、前記繰り返しユニットのそれぞれは、所定数の熱交換管から構成し、前記繰り返しユニットのそれぞれにおいて、前記第1の熱交換管及び前記第2の熱交換管は、前記第2の方向で交互に配置する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記繰り返しユニットのそれぞれは、3つの前記第1の熱交換管及び2つの前記第2の熱交換管から構成し、2つの前記第2の熱交換管のそれぞれは、3つの前記第1の熱交換管の2つの隣接する管の間に位置するか、
前記繰り返しユニットのそれぞれは、2つの前記第1の熱交換管及び1つの前記第2の熱交換管から構成し、1つの前記第2の熱交換管は、2つの前記第1の熱交換管の間に位置するか、又は
前記繰り返しユニットのそれぞれは、4つの前記第1の熱交換管及び3つの前記第2の熱交換管から構成し、3つの前記第2の熱交換管のそれぞれは、4つの前記第1の熱交換管の2つの隣接する管の間に位置する、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 熱交換管と、
第1のフィンと、
第2のフィンと、
を備え、
前記熱交換管は、第1の回路を形成するように構成した第1の熱交換管、及び第2の回路を形成するように構成した第2の熱交換管を備え、
前記第1の熱交換管は、前記第2の熱交換管よりも大きい合計熱交換能力を有し、
前記第1のフィンは、それぞれの少なくとも一部分が第1の方向で延在し、前記第1の方向に直交する第2の方向で一列に配置し、前記第2のフィンは、それぞれの少なくとも一部分が前記第1の方向で延在し、前記第1の方向に直交する前記第2の方向で一列に配置し、
前記第1の熱交換管は、前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の両方に直交する第3の方向で配置した第1の熱交換管部及び第2の熱交換管部;並びに前記第1の熱交換管部及び前記第2の熱交換管部を互いに接続し、流体連通させる接続部を備え、
前記第1のフィン、並びに前記第1の熱交換管部及び前記第2の熱交換管の両方から構成した第1の熱交換管セットは、前記第1の方向に直交する前記第2の方向で交互に一列に配置し、
前記第2のフィン、並びに前記第2の熱交換管部から構成した第2の熱交換管セットは、前記第1の方向に直交する前記第2の方向で交互に一列に配置する、熱交換器。 - 前記第1の熱交換管の前記第1の熱交換管部、前記第2の熱交換管部及び前記接続部は、1本の熱交換管を曲げることによって形成する、請求項1又は7に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の熱交換管のそれぞれの2つの端部にそれぞれ配設した第1のマニホルド;及び
前記第2の熱交換管のそれぞれの2つの端部にそれぞれ配設した第2のマニホルド
を更に備える、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 熱交換管と、
第1のフィンと、を備え、
前記熱交換管は、第1の回路を形成するように構成した第1の熱交換管、及び第2の回路を形成するように構成した第2の熱交換管を備え、
前記第1の熱交換管は、前記第2の熱交換管よりも大きい合計熱交換能力を有し、
前記第1のフィンは、前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の両方に直交する第3の方向において、前記第1のフィンと接触する前記第1の熱交換管の一部分、及び前記第1のフィンと接触する前記第2の熱交換管の一部分のうちより大きい方と同じサイズを有する、熱交換器。 - 熱交換管と、
第1のフィンと、
を備え、
前記熱交換管は、第1の回路を形成するように構成した第1の熱交換管、及び第2の回路を形成するように構成した第2の熱交換管を備え、
前記第1の熱交換管は、前記第2の熱交換管よりも大きい合計熱交換能力を有し、
前記第1のフィンは、それぞれの少なくとも一部分が第1の方向で延在し、前記第1の方向に直交する第2の方向で一列に配置し、前記熱交換管と交互に配置し、
前記熱交換器は、前記第2の方向で見ると、L字形状、U字形状、又はC字形状に曲げられている、熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器
