Description

それぞれがオブジェクト及び支持構造体の共通層である複数の層によって、支持構造体とオブジェクトとの間に接続部を提供する工程と、
を含む。
光硬化性材料の層を提供する工程と、
層の少なくとも一部分を、光硬化性材料を硬化させるのに適した光で露光する工程と、
を順次実行することに基づく。
Claims (7)
- 積層造形によって物理的オブジェクトをビルドアップする方法であって、
ビルド軸に沿って層毎に前記オブジェクト及び少なくとも1つの支持構造体をビルドアップする工程であって、前記支持構造体が、ビルドプラットフォームに対して前記オブジェクトを支持する、ビルドアップする工程と、
前記オブジェクト及び前記少なくとも1つの支持構造体をビルドアップする間に、それぞれが前記オブジェクト及び前記支持構造体の共通層である複数の層によって、前記支持構造体と前記オブジェクトとの間に接続部を提供する工程と、
前記支持構造体と前記オブジェクトとの間の前記接続部に、未硬化の光硬化性材料で充填された少なくとも1つのボイドを提供する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 分離面が、前記支持構造体と前記オブジェクトとの間の移行部に隣接して画定され、前記分離面が、前記ビルド軸の次元における垂直サイズと、前記ビルド軸に垂直な次元における水平サイズとを有し、前記垂直サイズが前記水平サイズよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持構造体が、前記ビルド軸の横方向から前記オブジェクトに接続する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記支持構造体が、断面が前記分離面を画定する狭窄部を形成する、請求項2、又は、請求項2に従属する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記狭窄部が、所定の破断区域を形成する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記支持構造体が、ベース構造体及び接続構造体を含み、前記接続構造体が前記ベース構造体と前記オブジェクトとを接続する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース構造体が、前記ビルド軸と平行又は略平行に延びており、前記接続構造体が、前記ビルド軸に垂直又は略垂直に延びている、請求項6に記載の方法。
