Claims (9)
- 色調が黒色を呈する受光面と、該受光面の反対側に位置する裏面とを有する基部を備え、少なくとも前記受光面を含む表層部がセラミックスからなり、粗さ曲線における2乗平均平方根傾斜(RΔq)の平均値は、前記裏面よりも前記受光面の方が大きい、位置検出用部材。
- 前記受光面の2乗平均平方根傾斜(RΔq)の平均値は、0.4以下である、請求項1に記載の位置検出用部材。
- 前記粗さ曲線における25%の負荷長さ率の切断レベルと、75%の負荷長さ率の切断レベルとの差を表す切断レベル差(Rδc)の平均値は、前記裏面よりも前記受光面の方が大きい、請求項1または2に記載の位置検出用部材。
- 前記受光面の切断レベル差(Rδc)の平均値は、8.8μm以下である、請求項3に記載の位置検出用部材。
- 前記受光面は、CIE1976L*a*b*色空間における明度指数L*が48以下、クロマティクネス指数a*が-3以上3以下、クロマティクネス指数b*が-3以上3以下である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の位置検出用部材。
- 前記受光面における色差ΔE*abは1.5以下である、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の位置検出用部材。
- 波長域が400nm~700nmにおける前記受光面の反射率が17.4%以下である、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の位置検出用部材。
- 波長域が400nmから700nmに向かって前記受光面の反射率は1次関数的または指数関数的に漸減している、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の位置検出用部材。
- 前記表層部が、前記基部の厚み100%に対して、前記受光面から深さ方向に30%以内の領域である、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の位置検出用部材。
