Description

本明細書に記載の組成物は、過酸化物触媒(iv)又は異なる種類の過酸化物触媒の混合物で硬化され得る。
a.1分子当たり少なくとも2つ、あるいは少なくとも3つのSi-H基を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンと、
b.ヒドロシリル化触媒の形態のヒドロシリル化触媒パッケージ(v)を使用して硬化され得る。

成分(v)(b)が存在する場合、ヒドロシリル化触媒は、好ましくは、白金金属(白金、ルテニウム、オスミウム、ロジウム、イリジウム、及びパラジウム)のうちの1つ、又はそのような金属の1つ以上の化合物である。白金及び白金化合物が、ヒドロシリル化反応におけるこれらの触媒の活性水準の高さから、好ましい。
(i)米国特許第3,419,593号に記載されている、エチレン性不飽和炭化水素基を含有するオルガノシロキサンとの塩化白金酸の錯体;
(ii)六水和物形態又は無水形態のいずれかの塩化白金酸;
(iii)塩化白金酸をジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサンなどの脂肪族不飽和有機ケイ素化合物と反応させることを含む方法によって得られる白金含有触媒;
(iv)(COD)Pt(SiMeCl2)2[式中、「COD」は1,5-シクロオクタジエンである]などの米国特許第6,605,734号に記載されているアルケン-白金-シリル錯体;及び/又は
(v)一般的にはトルエンなどが使用され得る溶媒中に約1wt%の白金を含有する白金ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン錯体であるKarstedtの触媒が挙げられる。これらは、米国特許第3,715,334号及び同第3,814,730号に記載されている。
更なる任意の成分を、その意図された用途に応じて、シリコーンエラストマー組成物中に存在させてもよい。そのような任意の成分の例としては、相溶化剤、導電性及び熱伝導性充填剤、非伝導性充填剤、ポットライフ延長剤、難燃剤、潤滑剤、非補強性充填剤、顔料着色剤、接着促進剤、鎖延長剤、シリコーンポリエーテル、及びそれらの混合物が挙げられる。
E15~16とC6の間の比較から、上で示したフルオロシリコーン実施例のフッ素含有架橋剤の利用が有益であることが分かる。ここでも、摩擦係数の値は、LPS PTFE粉末の添加によって改善されることが、特にEx.16において分かるが、Ex.14の場合、ptfeが存在しなくても非常に良好な結果が得られることが分かる。
Claims (16)
- 自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー組成物であって、
(i)0.01~0.1重量%のアルケニル及び/又はアルキニル含有量を有する50~75重量%の1つ以上のポリジオルガノシロキサンポリマーと、
(ii)0.5重量%以上のアルケニル又はアルキニル含有量を有する3~15重量%のポリジオルガノシロキサンポリマーと、
(iii)10~35重量%の補強充填剤と、
(iv)過酸化物触媒、若しくは
(v)ヒドロシリル化触媒パッケージであって、
a.1分子当たり少なくとも2つ、あるいは少なくとも3つのSi-H基を有するポリジオルガノシロキサンポリマーと、
b.ヒドロシリル化触媒と、を含むパッケージ、若しくは
(vi)(iv)及び(v)の組合せ、のいずれかと、を含み、
成分(i)及び(ii)が、ASTM D-926-08に従って、30mm/100より大きいウィリアムス可塑度を有するシリコーンガムを含むか、成分(i)及び(ii)が、ASTM D-926-08に従って、30mm/100より大きいウィリアムス可塑度を有するフルオロシリコーンガムを含む組成物。 - 自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー組成物であって、

成分(i)及び(ii)がフルオロシリコーンガムを含み、前記組成物がヒドロシリル化硬化性である場合に、前記ポリジオルガノシロキサンポリマー(v)(a)がフッ素を含有する組成物。 - 前記補強充填剤(iii)が、処理されたヒュームドシリカ、沈降シリカ、シリカエアロゲル、又はそれらの混合物である、請求項1又は2に記載の自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー組成物。
- 自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー組成物であって、
(i)0.01~0.1重量%のアルケニル及び/又はアルキニル含有量を有する50~75重量%の1つ以上のポリジオルガノシロキサンポリマーと、
(ii)0.5重量%以上のアルケニル又はアルキニル含有量を有する3~15重量%のポリジオルガノシロキサンポリマーと、
(iii)10~35重量%の補強充填剤と、
(iv)過酸化物触媒、若しくは
(v)ヒドロシリル化触媒パッケージであって、
a.1分子当たり少なくとも2つ、あるいは少なくとも3つのSi-H基を有するポリジオルガノシロキサンポリマーと、
b.ヒドロシリル化触媒と、を含むパッケージ、若しくは
(vi)(iv)及び(v)の組合せ、のいずれかと、を含み、
成分(v)が存在する場合に、前記組成物の0~1重量%の量のヒドロシリル化硬化抑制剤が追加的に任意に提供される、及び/又は、前記組成物が、成分(i)、(iii)及び(v)(b)を含む第1剤、すなわちA剤と、成分(i)、(iii)、存在する場合に(v)(a)及び(v)(c)を含む第2剤、すなわち、B剤との2剤系で保存され、成分(ii)が、A剤若しくはB剤に存在し得る、又はA剤とB剤との間で分割され得る組成物。 - 成分(v)が存在する場合に、前記組成物の0~1重量%の量のヒドロシリル化硬化抑制剤が追加的に任意に提供される、及び/又は、前記組成物が、成分(i)、(iii)及び(v)(b)を含む第1剤、すなわちA剤と、成分(i)、(iii)、存在する場合に(v)(a)及び(v)(c)を含む第2剤、すなわち、B剤との2剤系で保存され、成分(ii)が、A剤若しくはB剤に存在し得る、又はA剤とB剤との間で分割され得る、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー組成物。
- 自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー組成物であって、
(i)0.01~0.1重量%のアルケニル及び/又はアルキニル含有量を有する50~75重量%の1つ以上のポリジオルガノシロキサンポリマーと、
(ii)0.5重量%以上のアルケニル又はアルキニル含有量を有する3~15重量%のポリジオルガノシロキサンポリマーと、
(iii)10~35重量%の補強充填剤と、
(iv)過酸化物触媒、若しくは
(v)ヒドロシリル化触媒パッケージであって、
a.1分子当たり少なくとも2つ、あるいは少なくとも3つのSi-H基を有するポリジオルガノシロキサンポリマーと、
b.ヒドロシリル化触媒と、を含むパッケージ、若しくは
(vi)(iv)及び(v)の組合せ、のいずれかと、を含み、
250~750μmの粒径を有するか、あるいは、350~550μmの粒径を有する、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを更に含む組成物。 - 250~750μmの粒径を有するか、あるいは、350~550μmの粒径を有する、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを更に含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー組成物。
- 非オイルブリード性及び/又は非オイル充填である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー組成物。
- 組成物が、相溶化剤、導電性及び熱伝導性充填剤、非伝導性充填剤、ポットライフ延長剤、難燃剤、非補強性充填剤、顔料着色剤、接着促進剤、鎖延長剤、シリコーンポリエーテル、及びそれらの混合物のうちの1つ以上を含む1つ以上の追加の任意の成分を更に含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー組成物。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の硬化生成物である自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー材料。
- 後硬化後の動摩擦係数が>0かつ≦0.8である、又はフルオロシリコーンエラストマー材料の場合には、後硬化後の動摩擦係数が>0かつ≦1.25である、請求項10に記載の自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー材料。
- ウェアラブルデバイスのストラップ及びバンド、携帯電話及び他のパーソナル電子デバイスの保護カバー、医療用途のカテーテル、ガスケット及び/又はシール、ワイパーブレード、コネクタシール、マットシール、ワイヤシール キッチン用品、下水設備用物品、高電圧産業用の絶縁体及び/又はアレスタに使用するための請求項10又は11に記載の自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー材料。
- 請求項10又は11に記載の自己潤滑性シリコーンゴムエラストマー材料からなる、又はそれを含む、ウェアラブルデバイスのストラップ及びバンド、携帯電話及び他のパーソナル電子デバイスの保護カバー、医療用途のカテーテル、ガスケット及び/又はシール、ワイパーブレード、コネクタシール、マットシール、ワイヤシール キッチン用品、下水設備用物品、高電圧産業用の絶縁体及び/又はアレスタから選択されるデバイス。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の成分を混合し、前記組成物を硬化させることによって、自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー材料を製造する方法。
- 自己潤滑性シリコーンゴムエラストマー材料からなる、又はそれを含むウェアラブルデバイスのストラップ及びバンド、携帯電話及び他のパーソナル電子デバイスの保護カバー、医療用途のカテーテル、ガスケット及び/又はシール、ワイパーブレード、コネクタシール、マットシール、ワイヤシール キッチン用品、下水設備用物品、高電圧産業用の絶縁体及び/又はアレスタから選択される物品を製造するための請求項10又は11に記載の自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー材料の使用。
- 非オイルブリード性で低摩擦係数のエラストマー材料としての請求項10又は11に記載の自己潤滑性シリコーンエラストマー材料の使用。
