Claims (12)
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルが積層されて形成されたセル積層体を収容するモジュールハウジングと、
前記セル積層体の積層方向の一側から前記モジュールハウジングを貫通して形成される空気入口と、
前記セル積層体の積層方向の他側から前記モジュールハウジングを貫通して形成される空気出口と、
前記空気入口及び空気出口の内部に配置され、前記モジュールハウジング内に流れ込んだ冷却水との接触によって前記空気入口及び空気出口の内部で膨張して前記空気入口及び空気出口を閉鎖する膨張パッドと、
を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記膨張パッドが前記空気入口及び空気出口を閉鎖することによって、前記膨張パッドに吸収されていない状態の前記冷却水が、前記バッテリーモジュールの内部に溜まる、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記膨張パッドは、
前記モジュールハウジングの内面に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記膨張パッドは、一対で備えられ、
一対の前記膨張パッドは、前記モジュールハウジングの内面の上側及び下側にそれぞれ取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記膨張パッドは、
前記モジュールハウジングの内面に形成された収容溝内に少なくとも一部が挿入される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルが積層されて形成されたセル積層体を収容するモジュールハウジングと、
前記セル積層体の積層方向の一側から前記モジュールハウジングを貫通して形成される空気入口と、
前記セル積層体の積層方向の他側から前記モジュールハウジングを貫通して形成される空気出口と、
前記空気入口及び空気出口の内側に配置され、前記モジュールハウジング内に流れ込んだ冷却水との接触によって膨張して前記空気入口及び空気出口を閉鎖する膨張パッドと、
前記膨張パッドの両側にそれぞれ配置されて前記膨張パッドの膨張のための動きをガイドするメッシュプレートと、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記セル積層体の幅方向の一側及び他側にそれぞれ接続される一対のバスバーフレームを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記空気入口及び空気出口は、
前記バスバーフレームとモジュールハウジングとの間に形成される空いた空間に対応する位置に形成される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - パックハウジングと、
前記パックハウジング内に積層された複数の請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールを含むモジュール積層体の上部に配置されて冷却水を貯蔵する水タンクと、
前記水タンクと前記バッテリーモジュールとの間を連結する冷却水管と、
前記パックハウジング内に設けられて前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのうち少なくとも一部で発生した熱暴走現象を感知する少なくとも一つのセンサと、
前記センサによって熱暴走現象が感知されれば、前記冷却水管を通して冷却水を前記バッテリーモジュールに流す制御信号を出力するコントローラと、
を含むバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、前記冷却水管内に設けられる複数のバルブを含み、
前記複数のバルブは、それぞれ、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールと隣接して設けられて前記複数のバッテリーモジュールに流れ込む冷却水の流れを個別的に許容または遮断する、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記センサは、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのそれぞれに設けられる、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記コントローラは、前記複数のバルブのうち、前記センサによって熱暴走現象が感知されたバッテリーモジュールと隣接して設けられたバルブを開放する制御信号を出力する、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項8に記載のバッテリーパックを複数個含む、エネルギー貯蔵装置。
