Claims (2)
- 門型マシニングセンタに取り付けた超硬合金(粉末焼結合金又は窒化合金)でなる切削工具を用いて、クロムを含有せず、マンガンを11質量%~14質量%含んだ被加工物であるハイマンガン鋳鋼にネジ穴を加工するハイマンガン鋳鋼のネジ穴加工方法であって、
前記門型マシニングセンタのスピンドルに前記切削工具であるドリルがツーリングを介して装着され、前記ドリルを用いた穴あけ加工により被加工物に下穴を形成する第一の工程と、
前記門型マシニングセンタのスピンドルに前記切削工具であるタップがツーリングを介して装着され、前記タップを用いて前記下穴の内周面をヘリカル加工によって雌ネジ溝を形成する第二の工程と、
前記第一の工程中に前記被加工物に対して切削油を高圧噴射して穴加工した際の切屑を除去する工程と、を含み、前記切削油の噴射圧力が15MPaから20MPaまでとすることによってハイマンガンである被加工物にネジ穴を形成することを特徴とする、ハイマンガン鋳鋼のネジ穴加工方法。
- 前記第二の工程の後に、前記タップを用いて前記下穴に仕上げ加工する第三の工程と、
前記第二の工程中に前記被加工物に対して切削油を高圧噴射して穴加工した際の切屑を除去する工程と、を含み、前記切削油の噴射圧力が15MPaから20MPaまでとする、請求項1に記載のハイマンガン鋳鋼のネジ穴加工方法。
