Claims (5)
- 気化器本体に吸気通路と混合気通路が水平方向に貫通形成されるとともに、前記気化器本体の各通路に直交して垂直に形成された有底円筒のスロットル弁孔に嵌合されるスロットル弁を設け、前記スロットル弁には前記吸気通路側に空気供給側弁孔が、前記混合気通路側に燃料供給側弁孔が形成された層状掃気エンジン用ロータリー式気化器において、
前記スロットル弁の前記燃料供給側弁孔における加速回転方向側の上流端の開口縁に溝ポケットが形成されているとともに、前記混合気通路の少なくとも前記スロットル弁側の開口端の下流側の開口形状が前記スロットル弁の軸線に平行な垂直辺に形成されていることを特徴とする層状掃気エンジン用ロータリー式気化器。 - 前記気化器本体に形成されている前記吸気通路の断面形状が上方に半円状で、前記混合気通路の断面形状が下方に半円状で仕切り壁により分離した円形であるとともに、前記スロットル弁に形成されている前記空気供給側弁孔の断面形状が上方に半円状で、前記燃料供給側弁孔側の断面形状が下方に半円状で仕切り壁により分離した円形であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の層状掃気エンジン用ロータリー式気化器。
- 前記スロットル弁の前記溝ポケットが平行な対向辺を有する舌状の開口端を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の層状掃気エンジン用ロータリー式気化器。
- 前記垂直辺の長さが初期設定時に前記溝ポケットの平行な対向辺により形成される部分が掛かる長さを有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の層状掃気エンジン用ロータリー式気化器。
- 前記混合気通路の少なくとも前記スロットル弁側の開口端の開口形状が矩形状であることを特徴とする請求項1,2,3または4記載の層状掃気エンジン用ロータリー式気化器。
