Description
有機ゲルマニウムと有機セレンに物理的なエネルギー(熱又は圧力)を加える方法、電気的な爆発エネルギーを加える方法、及び化学結合工程の中から選択された1つ又は2つ以上によってナノスケールで製造されたナノスケールの有機ゲルマニウムとナノスケールの有機セレンを、作物の植物が最も旺盛に成長発育する時点と結実を得るために成熟していく時期に少なくとも2回以上灌注又は葉面施肥を行う段階を含み、
製造されたナノスケールの有機ゲルマニウムとナノスケールの有機セレンはナノスケールの状態で溶媒として水に分散された一液型の物質であることを特徴とするナノ有機ゲルマニウム及びナノ有機セレンを用いた機能性作物の栽培方法が提供される。
有機ゲルマニウムと有機セレンに物理的なエネルギー(熱又は圧力)を加える方法、電気的な爆発エネルギーを加える方法、及び化学結合工程の中から選択された1つ又は2つ以上によってナノスケールで製造されたナノスケールの有機ゲルマニウムとナノスケールの有機セレンを、作物の植物が最も旺盛に成長発育する時点と結実を得るために成熟していく時期に少なくとも2回以上灌注又は葉面施肥を行う段階を含み、
製造されたナノスケールの有機ゲルマニウムとナノスケールの有機セレンはナノスケールの状態で溶媒として水に分散された一液型の物質であることを特徴とするナノ有機ゲルマニウム及びナノ有機セレンを用いた機能性作物の栽培方法が提供される。
以下の表2は水稲作における収量の増殖の結果を示す。
Claims (4)
- ナノ有機ゲルマニウム及びナノ有機セレンを用いた機能性作物の栽培方法において、
ナノスケールの有機ゲルマニウムとナノスケールの有機セレンを、作物の植物が最も旺盛に成長発育する時点と結実を得るために成熟していく時期に少なくとも2回以上灌注又は葉面施肥を行う段階を含み、
製造されたナノスケールの有機ゲルマニウムとナノスケールの有機セレンはナノスケールの状態で溶媒として水に分散された一液型の物質であり、
ビス(2-カルボキシエチルゲルマニウムセスキオキシド);O[Ge(=O)CH2CH2CO2H]2)、酵母菌株を用いた99%以上の純度を有する有機ゲルマニウム(Organic Germanium)、又はゲルマニウム化合物を基本原料として使用し、熱を加えてナノスケールで製造されたナノ有機ゲルマニウムを使用し、
前記ゲルマニウム化合物は(塩化ゲルマニウム;GeCl4、塩化ゲルマニウムジオキサン錯体;C4H8Cl2GeO2、フッ化ゲルマニウム;GeF4、ヨウ化ゲルマニウム;GeI2、GeI4、ゲルマニウムイソプロポキシド;Ge(OCH(CH3)2)3、ゲルマニウムメトキシド;Ge(OCH3)4、窒化ゲルマニウム;Ge3N4、酸化ゲルマニウム;GeO2、セレン化ゲルマニウム;GeSe、GeSe2、及び硫化ゲルマニウム;GeS)の原料物質の群から選択された1つ又は2つ以上の物質を解離(dissociation)し、イオンを還元(reduction)させてゲルマニウム(Ge)を抽出することによって得られ、
前記有機ゲルマニウムと有機セレンを製造する工程中に使用される添加剤(又は還元剤)はホルムアルデヒド(formaldehyde)、トコフェロール(tocopherol)、炭素数4以下の有機酸、及びメチルエタノールアミン[(methylethanolamine;HOCH2CH2N(CH3)2)]の中から選択された1つ又は2つ以上の物質を含む
ことを特徴とするナノ有機ゲルマニウム及びナノ有機セレンを用いた機能性作物の栽培方法。 - 有機ゲルマニウムは1~100nmの粒径を有し、灌注又は葉面施肥の最終使用濃度が水重量に対して0.00001~0.005重量%(0.1~50ppm)であり、有機セレンは1~70nmの粒径を有し、灌注又は葉面施肥の最終使用濃度が水重量に対して0.00001~0.004重量%(0.1~40ppm)である
請求項1に記載のナノ有機ゲルマニウム及びナノ有機セレンを用いた機能性作物の栽培方法。 - 前記有機セレンはセレン化合物からなり、
前記セレン化合物は(セレンオキシクロリド;SeOCl2、硫化セレン;SeS2、四塩化セレン;SeCl4、セロノ-L-シスチン;C6H12N2O4Se2、セレノ‐L‐シスチン;CH3SeCH2CH2CH(NH2)CO2H、セレノフェン;C4H4Se、亜セレン酸;H2SeO3、及びセレン化ゲルマニウム;GeSe、GeSe2)の原料物質の群から選択された1つ又は2つ以上の物質を解離(dissociation)し、イオンを添加剤(又は還元剤)を通じて還元(reduction)させてセレンを抽出することによって得られる
請求項1に記載のナノ有機ゲルマニウム及びナノ有機セレンを用いた機能性作物の栽培方法。 - 前記有機ゲルマニウムと有機セレンを有機化してナノスケールに製造する過程で、分散安定剤として40,000の平均分子量を有するポリビニルピロリドン(polyvinylpyrrolidone)、ポリオキシエチレンステアレート(polyoxyethylene stearate)、ポリビニルブチルアル(polyvinyl butylal)、ポリビニルアルコール(polybinyl alcohol)、グルタチオン(glutathione)、L-アルジニン(L-Arginine)、L-スレオニン(L-Threonine)、及びL-アラニン(L-Alanine)からなる群から選択される1つ又は2つ以上の物質を混合使用することによって、ナノスケールの有機ゲルマニウムと有機セレンをそれぞれ製造した後、水を溶媒として一定の割合で混合しても安定性が維持されながら1液型で水に分散される
請求項1に記載のナノ有機ゲルマニウム及びナノ有機セレンを用いた機能性作物の栽培方法。
