Description
石膏ボード廃材を破砕して破砕物を得る破砕工程と、
破砕物をエアテーブル式の比重選別機にかけ、石膏が低比重成分側に、磁性物質が高比重成分側となるように設定して分離を行う分離工程と、
分離工程で得られた高比重成分を磁選機にかけ、前記磁性物質を吸引して回収する工程を含むことを特徴とする石膏ボード廃材からの磁性物質の回収方法である。

Claims (4)
- 石膏ボード廃材から磁性物質を回収する方法であって、
石膏ボード廃材を破砕して破砕物を得る破砕工程と、
破砕物をエアテーブル式の比重選別機にかけ、石膏が低比重成分側に、磁性物質が高比重成分側となるように設定して分離を行う分離工程と、
分離工程で得られた高比重成分を磁選機にかけ、前記磁性物質を吸引して回収する工程を含むことを特徴とする石膏ボード廃材からの磁性物質の回収方法。 - 磁性物質がステンレスである請求項1記載の磁性物質の回収方法。
- 石膏ボード廃材の破砕をせん断型破砕機で行う請求項1または2記載の磁性物質の回収方法。
- 請求項1乃至3いずれか記載の方法で石膏ボード廃材から磁性物質の回収を行うと共に、前記低比重成分側として回収された石膏は、加熱して半水石膏及び/又はIII型無水石膏とし、次いで水に溶解させた後に二水石膏粒子として析出させ、該二水石膏粒子を含む石膏スラリーを固液分離に供して二水石膏粒子を回収する石膏ボード廃材のリサイクル方法。
