Claims (7)
- 複数の超音波振動子が配列された超音波振動子アレイと、
前記複数の超音波振動子に接続されるケーブルであって、複数の信号線及び複数のグランド線からなる第1のケーブル束と、前記第1のケーブル束を被覆する第1のシールド層と、を含む非同軸ケーブルと、複数の前記非同軸ケーブルからなる第2のケーブル束を被覆する外皮と、を有するケーブルと、
前記第1のケーブル束に含まれる各前記信号線の静電容量を示す静電容量データを記憶するメモリと、
前記メモリに記憶された前記静電容量データに基づいて、各前記超音波振動子の送受信感度を補正する、プロセッサと、
を備える、
超音波検査システム。 - 前記メモリは、前記超音波振動子の感度を示す感度データを記憶し、
前記プロセッサは、前記メモリに記憶された前記静電容量データ及び前記感度データに基づいて、各前記超音波振動子の送受信感度を補正する、請求項1に記載の超音波検査システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、静電容量が高い前記信号線が接続されている前記超音波振動子を、静電容量が低い前記信号線が接続されている前記超音波振動子より高い電圧の送信信号で駆動する、請求項1又は2に記載の超音波検査システム。
- 前記プロセッサは、静電容量が高い前記信号線が接続されている前記超音波振動子からの受信信号に、静電容量が低い前記信号線が接続されている前記超音波振動子からの受信信号より高いゲイン値を適用する、請求項1又は2に記載の超音波検査システム。
- 前記プロセッサは、静電容量が低い前記信号線が接続されている前記超音波振動子からの受信信号に、静電容量が高い前記信号線が接続されている前記超音波振動子からの受信信号より高い減衰値を適用する、請求項1又は2に記載の超音波検査システム。
- 前記超音波振動子アレイにおいて、静電容量が低い前記信号線が接続されている前記超音波振動子が中央の側に配置され、静電容量が高い前記信号線が接続されている前記超音波振動子が端部の側に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の超音波検査システム。
- 前記プロセッサは、各前記第1のケーブル束に含まれる各前記信号線の間の前記送受信感度の差を2dB以下にする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の超音波検査システム。
