Claims (6)
- 複数の超音波振動子が配列された超音波振動子アレイを有する先端部を含む挿入部と、
前記挿入部に挿通されるケーブルと、
前記複数の超音波振動子と前記ケーブルとを電気的に接続する基板であって、前記先端部に配置される基板と、
を備える超音波内視鏡であって、
前記ケーブルは、
複数の信号線及び複数のグランド線からなる第1のケーブル束と、前記第1のケーブル束を被覆する第1のシールド層と、を含む非同軸ケーブルと、
複数の前記非同軸ケーブルからなる第2のケーブル束を被覆する外皮と、
を有し、
前記基板は、前記複数の超音波振動子にそれぞれ接続された複数の電極パッドを備え、
前記ケーブルから各前記第1のケーブル束が個々に引き出され、さらに第1のケーブル束の各前記信号線が引き出されて前記基板の前記電極パッドに電気的に接続され、
前記複数の超音波振動子は、同時に駆動される複数の駆動単位で構成され、
各前記駆動単位の複数の前記電極パッドに各前記第1のケーブル束の複数の前記信号線が接続されて信号線群が構成され、前記信号線群は少なくとも前記第1のケーブル束の先端からの長さが異なる2種類以上の信号線を含み、
前記信号線群において、各前記第1のケーブル束における前記信号線は異なる2種類以上の長さを含む、超音波内視鏡。 - 各前記第1のケーブル束における前記信号線は、すべて異なる長さを有する、請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記ケーブルは、前記外皮の内側に、前記第2のケーブル束を被覆する第2のシールド層を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記ケーブルは、前記第2のケーブル束と前記第2のシールド層との間に、前記第2のケーブル束を被覆する樹脂層を備える、請求項3に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記ケーブルは、前記外皮の内側に、前記第2のケーブル束を被覆する樹脂層を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記樹脂層は、フッ素系の樹脂層である。請求項4又は5に記載の超音波内視鏡。
