Description
駆動ピンで相互接続され、内向き側と外向き側とを有する複数のリンクを有する磁気連続トラックのそれぞれに対して前輪及び後輪と、前輪と後輪との間の磁気連続トラックの少なくとも一方の範囲の第1の部分におけるリンクが、外向き側が向いている方向に移動するのを防ぐために駆動ピン(と係合するよう構成されたガイドと、
を備える装置が提供される。
動作可能に接続され、他方の電気駆動モータ17は、磁気連続トラックの後輪6に動作可能に接続されている。
スリール上の給水ホース32が設けられている。また、このドッキングステーション30には、船舶50のグリッドと接続するための電源ケーブル33と電源ケーブルリール34も設けられている。
気トラックにより、水線上方での洗浄を行うことが可能であり、これは貨物/バラスト中などでは水位が異なるため必要である。
Claims (8)
- 船舶(50)の船体(60)の外側を洗浄するための、又は、貨物倉の壁部(70)を洗浄するための、装置(1)であって、
両側面に磁気連続トラック(3)が設けられたハウジング(2)と、
前記磁気連続トラックのそれぞれに前輪(6)及び後輪(5)と、
前記前輪と後輪との間において、前記磁気連続トラックの長手方向に沿ってまっすぐに延在するガイド面(41)を有するガイド(40)と、
を備え、
前記磁気連続トラックはそれぞれ、駆動ピン(10)で相互接続される複数のリンク(9)を備え、前記複数のリンクのそれぞれには永久磁石(4)が埋め込まれ、
前記複数のリンクはそれぞれ単一の部材で形成され、内向き面(18)と、外向き面(19)と、前記磁気連続トラックの幅に対応する幅とを有し、
前記リンクは、それぞれ別の前記駆動ピンを受容する第1部分及び第2部分を有し、前記第1部分は、一方の側に隣接する前記リンクの前記第2部分を挟んで、前記駆動ピンを受容しうるように構成され、前記第2部分は、他方の側に隣接する前記リンクの前記第1部分に挟まれた状態で、前記駆動ピンを受容しうるように構成され、
前記駆動ピンは前記内向き面と前記外向き面との間の高さに位置し、
前記駆動ピンは前記リンク内を通り、前記リンクの幅を超えて側方に突出する部分を有し、
前記ガイドは、前記前輪のアーチに沿った湾曲部と前記後輪のアーチに沿った湾曲部とを有し、
前記ガイド面は、前記駆動ピンの前記側方に突出する部分と係わり合うように構成され、それによって、少なくとも1つの前記磁気連続トラックの、前記前輪と前記後輪との間の領域の第1の部分の前記リンクが、前記外向き面が向いている方向に移動するのを防ぐ、
装置(1)。 - 前記磁気連続トラックはそれぞれ、前記船体の前記外側又は前記貨物倉の前記壁部に対面しうるように、前記前輪の1つ及び前記後輪の1つの周りに掛け渡され、前記装置の側部において該前輪と該後輪との間にほぼまっすぐに延在する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイド面は、前記第1の部分に沿ってほぼまっすぐに延在し、前記駆動ピンをガイドするように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドは、前記前輪及び後輪の回転面に平行なサイドパネルと、前記サイドパネルと直角な前記ガイド面とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 前記磁気連続トラックのそれぞれに対して、前記ガイドが対向するように2つ設けられ、該ガイドは、前記磁気連続トラックの各側部に1つずつ配される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドは、前記前輪と前記後輪との間で一直線に沿って前記駆動ピンをガイドするように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドは、前記リンクが前記前輪と前記後輪との間の前記磁気連続トラックの範囲において一直線構成から引き離されないように構成される、請求項1~6のいずれかの請求項に記載の装置。
- 前記永久磁石はポリマー筐体内に配される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
