Claims (7)
- 本体(1)とプレスヘッド(2)を備え、前記本体(1)の上端にねじ山(3)が設けられ、前記本体(1)の下端にその下端の入口(11)と連通するストロー(4)が設けられ、前記プレスヘッド(2)には本体(1)内に挿入された主柱(5)が接続されており、前記本体(1)の内腔にプレスヘッド(2)と主柱(5)を上向きに突き上げることができるプラスチックスプリング(6)が設けられ、前記プラスチックスプリング(6)が主柱(5)の下方に位置し、かつ前記プラスチックスプリング(6)が主柱(5)に密封接続され、前記プラスチックスプリング(6)が、上下端が開口しており側面が密封されたプラスチックスプリングチューブであり、前記プラスチックスプリング(6)の上端が主柱(5)に連通し、下端が本体の入口(11)に連通することで、プラスチックスプリング(6)を、主柱(5)と本体の入口(11)とを接続し液体が流れるための通路を形成させ、前記プラスチックスプリング(6)と主柱(5)との間に、両者を上下に連通する連通口(61)が設けられ、前記本体(1)内にはプラスチックスプリング(6)の内側に位置するプルロッド(7)が設けられ、前記プルロッド(7)は、連通口(61)とは上下に対応しており、プラスチックスプリング(6)が押し下げられる時に連通口(61)から抜け出すことができ、かつ連通口(61)の側壁との間に空隙が存在しており、前記プルロッド(7)の上端に連通口(61)の上方に位置するプラグ(71)が設けられ、前記プラグ(71)が、プラスチックスプリング(6)跳ね上げ時に、上から連通口(61)に押し付けられ、プラスチックスプリング(6)と主柱(5)を下向きに引っ張り、連通口(61)を塞いで密封することができ、前記本体(1)の上端口にプラスチックスプリング(6)を本体(1)内に閉じ込めできる閉鎖キャップ(8)が設けられ、前記プレスヘッド(2)と主柱(5)との間には、主柱(5)内の乳液がプレスヘッド(2)に流れるため、かつプレスヘッド(2)中の乳液の主柱(5)への流れを阻止できる第一の一方向弁装置が設けられ、前記プラスチックスプリング(6)と本体の入口(11)との間には、乳液が本体の入口(11)からプラスチックスプリング(6)内に流れるため、かつプラスチックスプリング(6)内の乳液の本体の入口(11)からの流れ出しを阻止できる第二の一方向弁装置が設けられており、前記本体(1)、ねじ山(3)、プレスヘッド(2)、主柱(5)、ストロー(4)、プラスチックスプリング(6)、プルロッド(7)、プラグ(71)、閉鎖キャップ(8)、第一の一方向弁装置及び第二の一方向弁装置が、それぞれプラスチック材料で製造され、
前記プラスチックスプリング(6)の上端には、主柱の下端口から主柱(5)内に挿入された環状係合接続部(62)が設けられ、前記係合接続部(62)の外側面が主柱(5)の内側面に密封接続され、前記連通口(61)がプラスチックスプリング(6)に設けられかつ係合接続部(62)の内側に位置しており、前記係合接続部(62)の外側からは第二の係合リング(63)が突出しており、前記主柱(5)の内壁には、内側に凹んでおり第二の係合リング(63)に係合接続された第二の係合溝(51)が設けられ、
外力の作用で主柱(5)をプラスチックスプリング(6)に対して回転させることができるように、前記係合接続部(62)と主柱(5)の下端の内穴が円形であり、かつ前記第二の係合リング(63)と第二の係合溝(51)がそれに応じて円環形であり、前記閉鎖キャップ(8)と主柱(5)との間に、主柱(5)の上下移動を導くための導き構造が設けられ、主柱(5)の閉鎖キャップ(8)に対する回転時に、前記導き構造がずれて開閉して主柱(5)の上下移動を阻止し、
前記プラスチックスプリング(6)と本体(1)との間に、両者を密封接続する密封座(70)が設けられ、前記プルロッド(7)の下端が密封座(70)に固定され、前記密封座(70)の底部に底室(701)が設けられ、前記密封座(70)にプラスチックスプリング(6)と底室(701)とを連通させる貫通孔(702)が設けられており、前記底室(701)が本体の入口(11)に連通することを特徴とする、全プラスチック製乳液ポンプ。 - 前記閉鎖キャップ(8)が主柱(5)の外側に嵌合し、前記閉鎖キャップ(8)と主柱(5)との間に、閉鎖キャップ(8)の上端と主柱(5)との間の隙間を塞ぐための防水カバー(9)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の全プラスチック製乳液ポンプ。
- 前記プラスチックスプリング(6)と主柱(5)とは、両者が上下に分離することを防止できるように係合接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の全プラスチック製乳液ポンプ。
- 前記プラスチックスプリング(6)の上端の係合接続部(62)の外側に位置するところに、主柱(5)の下端面と密封貼り合せすることが可能な環状端面(64)が設けられ、主柱(5)が押し下げられる時に、前記主柱(5)の下端面が環状端面(64)に押し付けられ、両端面の間に密封を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の全プラスチック製乳液ポンプ。
- 前記第一の一方向弁装置が第一の弁コア(10)を備え、前記主柱(5)にプレスヘッド(2)と連通する主柱の出口(52)が設けられ、前記第一の弁コア(10)がプレスヘッド(2)と主柱(5)との間に固定された第一の外環(101)を備え、前記第一の外環(101)の内側には、第一の外環(101)と離れており、プレスヘッド(2)側から主柱の出口(52)を覆う第一の内芯(102)が設けられ、前記第一の外環(101)と第一の内芯(102)とは、第一の内芯(102)を底部が押し付けられる時に上向きに浮上させることで、主柱の出口(52)を開放することができるように、第一のリブ(103)により弾性接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の全プラスチック製乳液ポンプ。
- 前記第二の一方向弁装置が、底室(701)内に位置する第二の弁コア(20)を備え、前記第二の弁コア(20)が、密封座(70)と本体(1)との間に固定された第二の外環(201)を備え、前記第二の外環(201)の内側には、第二の外環(201)と離れており、底室(701)側から本体の入口(11)を覆う第二の内芯(202)が設けられており、前記第二の外環(201)と第二の内芯(202)とは、第二の内芯(202)を底部が押し付けられる時に上向きに浮上させることで、本体の入口(11)を開放することができるように、第二のリブ(203)により弾性接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の全プラスチック製乳液ポンプ。
- 前記閉鎖キャップ(8)が、プラスチックスプリング(6)の上方に位置し、プラスチックスプリング(6)跳ね上げ時に、上からプラスチックスプリング(6)を受け止め、プラスチックスプリング(6)の跳ね上がる最大高さを制限し、前記プラスチックスプリング(6)が、跳ね上がって閉鎖キャップ(8)に押し付けられる時に圧縮状態となり、前記プラスチックスプリング(6)の下端が密封座(70)に押し付けられ、密封座(70)を本体(1)の内腔底部に押し付けており、前記密封座(70)にプラスチックスプリング(6)の下端が挿入するための密封溝(703)が設けられ、前記プラスチックスプリング(6)の下端面が密封溝(703)の溝底に押し付けられ、かつ密封溝(703)の溝底に密封貼り合せしており、プラスチックスプリング(6)の弾性圧力で、前記密封座(70)の底面が本体(1)の内腔底部に密着し、密封座(70)の底面と本体(1)の内腔底部に密封を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の全プラスチック製乳液ポンプ。
