技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种全塑乳液泵,尤其涉及一种喷雾器的全塑乳液喷头组件。
背景技术:
目前,公知的乳液泵零部件采用不同的原材料,其中包括金属弹簧、玻璃弹珠或金属弹珠组成,其零部件的再生料需分拣步骤方可回收利用。此步骤繁琐,对节能、环保、废弃物的再次回收及其不便。如专利号为01256303.X的中国专利公开一种无污染的乳液泵,该乳液泵的活塞腔内设有复位弹簧,空腔内设有单向球阀。此类乳液泵的零部件需分拣后回收利用,各零部件材料性能不同,将直接影响乳液泵的性能及使用寿命。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种全塑乳液泵,它的所有零件采用全塑料制作,不必分拣即可回收,节能环保,适用范围广。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包含吸管、塑料阀片、泵体外壳、大圈、活塞、阀针、开关、垫片、阀杆、塑料弹簧和喷嘴,喷嘴下方连接有阀杆,阀杆上部外壁套接有塑料弹簧,阀杆下端外壁套接有阀针,阀针外侧套接有活塞,活塞上方设置有开关,开关外壁紧密套接有泵体外壳,泵体外壳的上端外壁紧密套接有垫片,垫片与泵体外壳的外部套接有大圈,泵体外壳下端连接有吸管,吸管上端设置有塑料阀片。
所述的喷嘴包含喷口、环形卡槽和切口,喷口下端内部有环形卡槽,环形卡槽下方设置有切口。
所述的阀杆包含导向装置、圆锥柱子和卡环,阀杆外壁对称设置有导向装置,导向装置与喷嘴的切口相配合,阀杆上端设置有卡环,卡环与喷嘴的环形卡槽相配合,阀杆下端设置有圆锥柱子。
所述的开关包含环形卡条、限位凸条、挡环和导向槽,开关内壁对称设置有两个挡环,挡环之间设置有延伸至开关底部的导向槽,开关底部沿着外壁面圆周均匀设置有限位凸条,开关外壁设置有一道环形卡条。
所述的阀针包含内孔和圆形连通孔,阀针中心位置设置有内孔,阀针下端设置有圆形连通孔,内孔与阀杆的圆锥柱子相配合。
所述的活塞包含外瓣膜和内瓣膜,外瓣膜呈内凹弧形筒体,与泵体外壳内壁接触密封,内瓣膜与阀针上侧壁接触密封。
所述的泵体外壳包含卡环、限位插槽、通气孔、凸筋、底平面和凸起小平面,泵体外壳内壁设置有卡环,卡环与开关上的环形卡条相配合,卡环下方圆周均匀设置有限位插槽,限位插槽与开关上的限位凸条相配合,泵体外壳在塑料弹簧处于伸展状态下对应于活塞上部设置有通气孔,泵体外壳底部内壁设置有凸筋,凸筋下方设置有底平面,底平面上设置有凸起小平面。
所述的塑料阀片包含内孔平面和筋,内孔平面上均匀设置有三条筋,内孔平面通过三条筋与阀片内侧面相连,内孔平面与泵体外壳的凸起小平面相配合,塑料阀片与泵体外壳的底平面配合。
所述的塑料弹簧为螺旋圆锥形,采用外置式,塑料弹簧支撑在喷嘴与开关之间,避免塑料弹簧直接接触上喷雾器中的液体。
本实用新型使用时将吸管插入盛有液体的容器内,吸管伸入液体,大圈与容器瓶口旋紧,垫片与容器的瓶口密封,泵体外壳与容器构成全封闭状态。当需要解除锁定时,只需要转动阀杆至90度,使其导向装置转到开关上的导向槽中。此时按压喷嘴,阀杆可以沿导向 槽向下运动,同时喷嘴上的塑料弹簧受到压迫,设在阀杆上的阀针也随之下移,因为活塞外侧面接触泵体外壳的里面,迫使活塞与阀针发生相对滞后运动,从而打开阀针上的圆形连通孔;继续按压喷嘴,阀杆顶动活塞,此时由阀杆、活塞和阀针组成的单向阀一起向下运动,泵体外壳里空腔内的压力增大,塑料阀片封住泵体,液体不能被吸入,而泵体空腔的压力增大,空腔内的液体经过阀针上的圆形连通孔、阀杆和喷嘴,最终喷出外界;当手松开喷嘴时,在塑料弹簧弹力的作用下,喷嘴带动阀杆,阀杆带动活塞和阀针向上复位运动,活塞再次套在阀针底部上,关闭圆形连通孔,泵体外壳里空腔内的压力不断减小,并带动塑料阀片向上伸长,液体就能从吸管内进入泵体外壳的空腔内,不断地重复按压动作,液体就会从喷雾器中被不停地喷出。
当要锁定喷嘴、防止喷射的误动作时,只需要转动阀杆,其上的导向装置旋转到开关的挡环上面空间,如果此时再向下按压喷嘴,由于挡环部分阻挡住导向装置向下运动,所以喷雾器被锁定。
本实用新型所有零件采用全塑料制作,不必分拣即可回收,节能环保,适用范围广。

具体实施方式:
参照图1-13,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含吸管1、塑料阀片2、泵体外壳3、大圈4、活塞5、阀针6、开关7、垫片8、阀杆9、塑料弹簧10和喷嘴11,喷嘴11下方连接有阀杆9,阀杆9上部外壁套接有塑料弹簧10,阀杆9下端外壁套接有阀针6,阀针6外侧套接有活塞5,活塞5上方设置有开关7,开关7外壁紧密套接有泵体外壳3,泵体外壳3的上端外壁紧密套接有垫片8,垫片8与泵体外壳3的外部套接有大圈4,泵体外壳4下端连接有吸管1,吸管1上端设置有塑料阀片2。
所述的喷嘴11包含喷口1101、环形卡槽1102和切口1103,喷口1101下端内部有环形卡槽1102,环形卡槽1102下方设置有切口1103。
所述的阀杆9包含导向装置901、圆锥柱子902和卡环903,阀杆9外壁对称设置有导向装置901,导向装置901与喷嘴11的切口1103相配合,阀杆9上端设置有卡环903,卡环903与喷嘴11的环形卡槽1102相配合,阀杆9下端设置有圆锥柱子902。
所述的开关7包含环形卡条701、限位凸条702、挡环703和导向槽704,开关7内壁对称设置有两个挡环703,挡环703之间设置有延伸至开关底部的导向槽704,开关7底部沿着外壁面圆周均匀设置有限位凸条702,开关7外壁设置有一道环形卡条701。
所述的阀针6包含内孔601和圆形连通孔602,阀针6中心位置设置有内孔601,阀针6下端设置有圆形连通孔602,内孔601与阀 杆9的圆锥柱子902相配合。
所述的活塞5包含外瓣膜501和内瓣膜502,外瓣膜501呈内凹弧形筒体,与泵体外壳3内壁接触密封,内瓣膜502与阀针6上侧壁接触密封。
所述的泵体外壳3包含卡环301、限位插槽302、通气孔303、凸筋304、底平面305和凸起小平面306,泵体外壳3内壁设置有卡环301,卡环301与开关7上的环形卡条701相配合,卡环301下方圆周均匀设置有限位插槽302,限位插槽302与开关7上的限位凸条702相配合,泵体外壳3在塑料弹簧10处于伸展状态下对应于活塞5上部设置有通气孔303,泵体外壳3底部内壁设置有凸筋304,凸筋304下方设置有底平面305,底平面305上设置有凸起小平面306。
所述的塑料阀片2包含内孔平面201和筋202,内孔平面201上均匀设置有三条筋202,内孔平面201通过三条筋202与阀片内侧面相连,内孔平面201与泵体外壳3的凸起小平面306相配合,塑料阀片2与泵体外壳3的底平面305配合。
所述的塑料弹簧10为螺旋圆锥形,采用外置式,塑料弹簧10支撑在喷嘴11与开关7之间,避免塑料弹簧10直接接触上喷雾器中的液体。
本具体实施方式使用时将吸管1插入盛有液体的容器内,吸管1伸入液体,大圈4与容器瓶口旋紧,垫片8与容器的瓶口密封,泵体外壳3与容器构成全封闭状态。当需要解除锁定时,只需要转动阀杆9至90度,使其导向装置901转到开关上的导向槽704中。此时按压喷嘴11,阀杆9可以沿导向槽704向下运动,同时喷嘴11上的塑料弹簧10受到压迫,设在阀杆9上的阀针6也随之下移,因为活塞5外侧面接触泵体外壳的里面,迫使活塞5与阀针6发生相对滞后运动,从而打开阀针6上的圆形连通孔602;继续按压喷嘴11,阀杆9 顶动活塞5,此时由阀杆9、活塞5和阀针6组成的单向阀一起向下运动,泵体外壳3里空腔内的压力增大,塑料阀片2封住泵体3,液体不能被吸入,而泵体3空腔的压力增大,空腔内的液体经过阀针6上的圆形连通孔602、阀杆9和喷嘴11,最终喷出外界;当手松开喷嘴11时,在塑料弹簧10弹力的作用下,喷嘴11带动阀杆9,阀杆9带动活塞5和阀针6向上复位运动,活塞5再次套在阀针6底部上,关闭圆形连通孔602,泵体外壳3里空腔内的压力不断减小,并带动塑料阀片2向上伸长,液体就能从吸管1内进入泵体外壳3的空腔内,不断地重复按压动作,液体就会从喷雾器中被不停地喷出。
当要锁定喷嘴11、防止喷射的误动作时,只需要转动阀杆9,其上的导向装置901旋转到开关7的挡环703上面空间,如果此时再向下按压喷嘴11,由于挡环部分703阻挡住导向装置901向下运动,所以喷雾器被锁定。
本具体实施方式所有零件采用全塑料制作,不必分拣即可回收,节能环保,适用范围广。

1.全塑乳液泵,其特征在于它包含吸管(1)、塑料阀片(2)、泵体外壳(3)、大圈(4)、活塞(5)、阀针(6)、开关(7)、垫片(8)、阀杆(9)、塑料弹簧(10)和喷嘴(11),喷嘴(11)下方连接有阀杆(9),阀杆(9)上部外壁套接有塑料弹簧(10),阀杆(9)下端外壁套接有阀针(6),阀针(6)外侧套接有活塞(5),活塞(5)上方设置有开关(7),开关(7)外壁紧密套接有泵体外壳(3),泵体外壳(3)的上端外壁紧密套接有垫片(8),垫片(8)与泵体外壳(3)的外部套接有大圈(4),泵体外壳(4)下端连接有吸管(1),吸管(1)上端设置有塑料阀片(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全塑乳液泵,其特征在于所述的喷嘴(11)包含喷口(1101)、环形卡槽(1102)和切口(1103),喷口(1101)下端内部设置有环形卡槽(1102),环形卡槽(1102)下方设置有切口(1103)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全塑乳液泵,其特征在于所述的阀杆(9)包含导向装置(901)、圆锥柱子(902)和卡环(903),阀杆(9)外壁对称设置有导向装置(901),导向装置(901)与喷嘴(11)的切口(1103)相配合,阀杆(9)上端设置有卡环(903),卡环(903)与喷嘴(11)的环形卡槽(1102)相配合,阀杆(9)下端设置有圆锥柱子(902)。
