Description
(A)ポリウレタン又はポリアミドをベースとするフィルム、
(B)70℃から130℃の融点を有する熱可塑性接着性ポリマーで作られた連結層、及び
(C)ポリウレタン層
を含む多層複合材料を製造する方法であって、
ここで、
a)鋳型を使用してポリウレタン層(C)を形成し、
b)接着性ポリマーを固体形態でフィルム(A)及び/又はポリウレタン層(C)に適用し、及び
c)ポリウレタン層(C)をフィルム(A)と組み合わせる、
方法である。
(A)ポリウレタン又はポリアミドで作られたフィルム、
(B)70℃から130℃の融点を有する熱可塑性接着性ポリマーで作られた連結層、及び
(C)ポリウレタン層
を含む、本発明による方法により得ることができる多層複合材料を提供する。
(i) イソシアネート、好ましくはジイソシアネートと、
(ii) 通常500から10000g/mol、好ましくは500から5000g/mol、特に好ましくは800から3000g/molの分子量(Mw)を有する、イソシアネートと反応する化合物、及び
(iii) 50から499g/molの分子量を有する鎖延長剤との、任意に
(iv) 触媒
(v) 及び/又は通常の添加剤
の存在下における、
反応によって製造される。
イソシアネート(i)として、一般に知られている脂肪族、脂環式、芳香脂肪族及び/又は芳香族のイソシアネート、例えばトリ-、テトラ-、ペンタ-、ヘキサ-、ヘプタ-及び/又はオクタメチレンジイソシアネート、2-メチル-1,5-ペンタメチレンジイソシアネート、2-エチル-1,4-ブチレンジイソシアネート、1,5-ペンタメチレンジイソシアネート、1,4-ブチレンジイソシアネート、1-イソシアナト-3,3,5-トリメチル-5-(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン(イソホロンジイソシアネート、IPDI)、1,4-及び/又は1,3-ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン(HXDI)、1,4-シクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、1-メチル-2,4-及び/又は-2,6-シクロヘキサンジイソシアネート及び/又は4,4’-、2,4’-及び/又は2,2’-ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート、2,2’-、2,4’-及び/又は4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、1,5-ナフチレンジイソシアネート(NDI)、2,4-及び/又は2,6-トルイレンジイソシアネート(TDI)、3,3’-ジメチルジフェニルジイソシアネート、1,2-ジフェニルエタンジイソシアネート及び/又はフェニレンジイソシアネートを使用してよい。4,4’-MDIを好ましくは使用する。脂肪族ジイソシアネート、特にヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)がさらに好ましく、芳香族ジイソシアネート、例えば2,2’-、2,4’-及び/又は4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)及び上記異性体の混合物が殊に好ましい。
b) 接着性ポリマーを固体形態でフィルム(A)及び/又はポリウレタン層(C)に適用し、及び
c) ポリウレタン層(C)をフィルム(A)と組み合わせる。
本発明の一実施形態において、EPM又はEPDMで作られた鋳型は、レーザー彫刻を使用して構造化された鋳型である。
本発明による方法に従って製造した多層複合材料は快適な視覚特性及び触覚特性を有し、驚くべき程の良好な機械的特性、例えばこすり(rubbing)堅牢度又は座屈強度を示す。加えて、それら多層複合材料は良好な機能特性を呈し、例えば機械洗浄又は化学洗浄、例えば超臨界二酸化炭素、又は炭化水素又はハロゲン化炭化水素などの有機溶媒を使用して、満足に洗浄することができる。特に、それら多層複合材料は、優れた貯蔵特性及びエージング特性、特にホットライトエージング特性、及び加水分解特性を呈する。加えて、使用する水性ポリマー分散液は長い貯蔵寿命を有するので、本発明による方法に従って製造した複合材料は、非常に一定の品質を呈する。さらに、本発明による方法に従って製造した複合材料は、製造直後に接着剤を含まず、製造後に非常に迅速に積み重ね、巻き、又は他の方法で保管できることが示された。
段階a)
所望のパターンを有するシリコーン鋳型を、最新技術に従って用意した。
接着剤A、B又はCをフィルムのサイズに切り取り、手でフィルムに装着した。
ポリウレタン層を鋳型から剥がし、接着剤をポリウレタン層とフィルムの間にして、接着剤がその上に存在するフィルムと組み合わせた。
TPUフィルム(TPUフィルム1、TPUフィルム2及びTPUフィルム3)をベースとする多層複合材料を、一般的な製造方法に従って製造した。
ポリウレタンフィルム1及び接着剤Aをベースとする多層複合材料を、一般的な製造方法に従って製造し、接着性を実施例1~9のように試験した。接着性は非常に良好であった。
Claims (13)
- (A)ポリウレタン又はポリアミドで作られたフィルム、
(B)70℃から130℃の融点を有する熱可塑性接着性ポリマーで作られた連結層、及び
(C)ポリウレタン層
を含む多層複合材料を製造するための方法であって、
ここで、
a)鋳型を使用して前記ポリウレタン層(C)を形成し、
b)前記接着性ポリマーを固体形態で前記フィルム(A)及び/又はポリウレタン層(C)に適用し、及び
c)前記ポリウレタン層(C)を、前記連結層(B)が前記ポリウレタン層(C)及び前記フィルム(A)の間に存在するように、前記フィルム(A)と組み合わせる、方法。 - 前記フィルムが熱可塑性ポリウレタンで、又は脂肪族ポリアミドで作られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
