為諸如隨後描述用於聚胺酯層(C)之彼等、較佳隨後描述之熱塑性聚胺酯。
用於膜之較佳聚胺酯為聚酯聚胺酯或聚醚聚胺酯。聚酯聚胺酯,尤其芳族聚酯聚胺酯尤其較佳。
用於膜之合適聚胺酯通常無塑化劑及/或溶劑。用於膜之合適聚胺酯主要具有80℃至120℃之軟化點。

聚胺酯(PU)通常為已知且可商購的且通常由相對高分子量聚羥基化合物之軟相,例如由聚碳酸酯、聚酯或聚醚片段組成,及由低分子量增鏈劑及二異氰酸酯或聚異氰酸酯形成之胺基甲酸酯硬相組成。

可使用通常已知的脂族、環脂族、芳脂族及/或芳族異氰酸酯作為異氰酸酯(i),例如二異氰酸伸丙-、伸丁-、伸戊-、伸己-、伸庚-及/或伸辛酯、二異氰酸2-甲基-1,5-伸戊酯、二異氰酸2-乙基-1,4-伸丁酯、二異氰酸1,5-伸戊酯、1,4-二異氰酸伸丁酯、1-異氰酸酯基-3,3,5-三甲基-5-(異氰酸酯基甲基)環己烷(異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯,IPDI)、1,4-及/或1,3-雙(異氰酸酯基甲基)環己烷(HXDI)、1,4-環己烷二異氰酸酯、1-甲基-2,4-及/或-2,6-環己烷二異氰酸酯及/或4,4'-、2,4'-及/或2,2'-二環己基甲烷二異氰酸酯、2,2'-、2,4'-及/或4,4'-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯(MDI)、1,5-二異氰酸伸萘酯(NDI)、二異氰酸2,4-及/或2,6-二苯乙烯酯(TDI)、二異氰酸3,3'-二甲基二苯酯、1,2-二苯基乙烷二異氰酸酯及/或二異氰酸伸苯酯。較佳使用4,4'-MDI。脂族二異氰酸酯,尤其二異氰酸己二酯(HDI)為另外較佳的及芳族二異氰酸酯(諸如2,2'-、2,4'-及/或4,4'-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯)(MDI)及上述異構體之混合物尤其較佳。
可使用通常已知的與異氰酸酯(例如聚酯醇、聚醚醇及/或聚碳酸酯二醇)反應之化合物作為與異氰酸酯反應之化合物(ii),其通常合併於術語「多元醇」下,具有在500至8000 g/mol、較佳600至6000 g/mol且尤其800至3000 g/mol範圍內之分子量(Mw
),且較佳在異氰酸酯方面具有1.8至2.3、較佳1.9至2.2且尤其2之平均官能度。較佳使用聚醚多元醇,例如基於通常已知初始物質的彼等及慣用環氧烷,例如環氧乙烷、1,2-環氧丙烷及/或1,2-環氧丁烷,較佳基於聚氧基伸丁基(聚THF)、1,2-環氧丙烷及環氧乙烷之聚醚醇。聚醚醇展現對水解具有比聚酯醇更高穩定性之優勢且較佳作為組分(ii),尤其用於軟聚胺酯(PU1)之製備。
作為聚碳酸酯二醇,可提及尤其是脂族聚碳酸酯二醇,例如1,4-丁二醇聚碳酸酯及1,6-己二醇聚碳酸酯。
作為聚酯二醇,可提及可藉由使一方面至少一種一級二醇、較佳至少一種一級脂族二醇,例如乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇或尤其較佳1,4-二(羥基甲基)環己烷(作為異構體混合物)或上述二醇中之至少兩者之混合物,以及另一方面,至少一種、較佳至少兩種二甲酸或其酐聚縮合製備的彼等。較佳二甲酸為脂族二甲酸,諸如己二酸、戊二酸或丁二酸,及芳族二甲酸,諸如鄰苯二甲酸且尤其間苯二甲酸。
聚醚醇較佳在高活性觸媒存在下藉由將環氧烷、尤其環氧乙烷、環氧丙烷及其混合物添加至二醇(諸如乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,2-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇或1,3-丙二醇)或三醇(諸如丙三醇)來製備。此類高活性觸媒為例如氫氧化銫及雙金屬氰化物觸媒,亦描述為DMC觸媒。頻繁使用之DMC觸媒為六氰鈷酸鋅。DMC觸媒可在反應後保留於聚醚醇中;較佳地,其藉由例如沈降或過濾移除。
亦可使用不同多元醇之混合物代替一種多元醇。
為改良可分散性,亦可使用一定比例之一或多種具有羧酸基或磺酸基(b')之二醇或二胺,尤其1,1-二羥甲基丁酸、1,1-二羥甲基丙酸或之鹼金屬或銨鹽作為與異氰酸酯反應之化合物(ii)。
可使用本身已知的具有50至499 g/mol之分子量及每分子具有至少兩個官能基之脂族、芳脂族、芳族及/或環脂族化合物、較佳每分子具有精確兩個官能基之化合物作為增鏈劑(iii),例如在伸烷基中具有2至10個碳原子之二胺及/或烷二醇,尤其每分子具有3至8個碳原子之1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇及/或二-、三-、四-、五-、六-、七-、八- 、九-及/或十伸烷基二醇,較佳相應寡-及/或聚丙二醇,亦可能使用增鏈劑(iii)之混合物。
組分(i)至(iii)尤其較佳為雙官能化合物,亦即二異氰酸酯(i)、雙官能多元醇(較佳聚醚醇)(ii)及雙官能增鏈劑(較佳二醇)。
尤其促進二異氰酸酯(i)之NCO基與組分(ii)及(iii)之羥基之間的反應的合適觸媒(iv)為本身已知的三級胺,諸如三乙胺、二甲基環己胺、N-甲基嗎啉、N,N'-二甲基哌嗪、2-(二甲胺基乙氧基)乙醇、二氮雜二環[2.2.2]辛烷(「DABCO」)及類似三級胺,以及尤其有機金屬化合物,諸如鈦酸酯,鐵化合物,例如乙醯基丙酮酸鐵(III),錫化合物,例如二乙酸錫、二辛酸錫、二月桂酸錫或脂族羧酸之二烷錫鹽,諸如二乙酸二丁基錫、二月桂酸二丁基錫或其類似物。觸媒通常以每100重量份組分(ii)0.0001至0.1重量份之量使用。
除了觸媒(iv)以外,亦可添加助劑及/或添加劑(v)至組分(i)至(iii)。可提及例如發泡劑、防黏劑、表面活性物質、填料,例如基於奈米顆粒之填料、尤其基於CaCO3
之填料,此外,晶核生成劑、助滑劑、染料與顏料、抗氧化劑(例如抗水解、光、熱或變色)、無機及/或有機填料、增強劑及塑化劑,或金屬去活化劑。在一較佳實施例中,組分(v)亦包括水解穩定劑,諸如聚合及低分子量碳化二亞胺。以相關軟聚胺酯之總重量計,軟聚胺酯較佳以0.1至5重量%之量包含三唑及/或三唑衍生物及抗氧化劑。適用作抗氧化劑的通常為在待保護之塑膠中阻礙或阻止非所要氧化過程之物質。通常,抗氧化劑可商購。抗氧化劑之實例為位阻酚、芳胺、硫代增效劑、三價磷之有機磷化合物及受阻胺光穩定劑。位阻酚之實例見Plastics Additive Handbook, 5th edition, H. )。此外,其較佳具有至多180℃之熔點。此外,較佳使用非晶形或液體抗氧化劑。同樣,亦可使用兩種或兩種以上抗氧化劑之混合物作為組分(v)。
除了所提及之組分(i)、(ii)及(iii)及視情況存在之(iv)及(v)以外,亦可使用通常具有31至3000 g/mol之分子量之鏈調節劑(鏈終止劑)。此類鏈調節劑為展現僅一個與異氰酸酯反應之官能基(例如,單官能醇、單官能胺及/或單官能多元醇)的化合物。可經由此類鏈調節劑選擇性調節流動行為,尤其對於軟聚胺酯。以100重量份組分(ii)計,鏈調節劑可通常以0至5重量份、較佳0.1至1重量份之量使用,且落在組分(iii)之定義下。
除了所提及之組分(i)、(ii)及(iii)及視情況(iv)及(v)以外,亦可對合成反應之末期使用具有與異氰酸酯反應之兩個或多於兩個基團的交聯劑,例如水合肼。
可在相對寬泛的莫耳比中選擇組分(ii)及(iii),以便調節聚胺酯(PU)之硬度。已經證實組分(ii)與待使用之總增鏈劑(iii)之莫耳比為10:1至1:10、尤其1:1至1:4係值得的,軟聚胺酯之硬度隨(iii)之含量增加而增加。用於聚胺酯(PU)之製備的反應可在0.8至1.4 :1、較佳0.9至1.2 :1、尤其較佳1.05至1.2 :1之指數下進行。指數由反應中所用之組分(i)的總異氰酸酯基與組分(ii)及視情況(iii)及視情況作為鏈終止劑存在之與異氰酸酯反應的單官能組分(例如,單醇)之與異氰酸酯反應之基團(亦即活性氫)的比定義。
聚胺酯(PU)可根據本身已知的方法持續製備,例如根據單發或預聚物方法,或根據本身已知的預聚物操作分批製備。在此等方法中,待反應之組分(i)、(ii)、(iii)及視情況(iv)及/或(v)可相繼或同時彼此混合,緊接著開始反應。
根據本身已知方法,可將聚胺酯(PU)分散於水中,例如藉由將聚胺酯(PU)溶解於丙酮中或製備聚胺酯於丙酮中之溶液、添加水且接著移除丙酮,例如藉由蒸餾。在替代形式中,製備聚胺酯(PU)於N-甲基吡咯啶酮或N-乙基吡咯啶酮中之溶液、添加水且移除N-甲基吡咯啶酮或N-乙基吡咯啶酮。
在本發明之一個實施例中,根據本發明之水性分散液包含兩種不同聚胺酯(聚胺酯(PU1)及聚胺酯(PU2)),其中聚胺酯(PU1)為「軟」聚胺酯,其構造成如上所述之聚胺酯(PU),及至少一種硬聚胺酯(PU2)。
硬聚胺酯(PU2)可原則上類似於軟聚胺酯(PU1)製備;然而,選擇與異氰酸酯反應之其他化合物(ii)或與異氰酸酯反應之其他化合物(ii)的混合物作為與異氰酸酯反應之化合物(ii-2)或簡言之化合物(ii-2)亦描述於本發明之上下文中。
化合物(ii-2)之實例尤其為1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇及新戊二醇,其在彼此之混合物中或在具有聚乙二醇之混合物中。
在本發明之替代形式中,每次選擇二異氰酸酯之混合物(例如HDI與IPDI之混合物)作為用於聚胺酯(PU2)之二異氰酸酯(i),與用於軟聚胺酯(PU1)之製備相比,選擇較大比例之IPDI用於硬聚胺酯(PU2)之製備。
在本發明之一個實施例中,聚胺酯(PU2)展現在高於60高達至多100範圍內之肖氏A級硬度,在3秒後已經根據DIN 53505確定肖氏A級硬度。

若需要使用雷射雕刻而結構化模具,則較佳在雷射雕刻之前藉由加熱(以熱化學方式)、用UV光照射(以光化學方式)或用高能輻射(以光化方式)照射或其任何組合而增強可雷射雕刻層。
隨後,例如使用黏合帶、負壓、夾持裝置或磁力將可雷射雕刻層或層複合物塗覆至例如由塑膠、玻璃纖維增強塑膠、金屬或泡沫製得之圓筒形(臨時)襯底且如上所述雕刻。或者,亦可如上所述雕刻平面層或層複合物。視情況,在雷射雕刻操作期間,使用旋轉圓筒形洗滌器或具有用於去除雕刻殘餘物之清潔劑的連續洗滌器洗滌可雷射雕刻層。
在所述方式中,可將模具製備為陰模或陽模。
在第一替代形式中,模具展現陰性結構,使得可直接藉由將液體塑膠材料塗覆至模具表面及後續聚合物之凝固獲得可結合至膜(A)的塗層。
在第二替代形式中,模具展現陽性結構,使得陰模首先藉由模製自雷射結構化陽模製備。可隨後藉由將液體塑膠材料塗覆至陰模表面及後續塑膠材料之凝固自此陰模獲得可結合至扁平背板的塗層。
較佳地,具有在10至500 μm範圍內之尺寸的結構元件雕刻於模具中。結構元件可形成為隆起部分或凹陷部分。結構元件較佳具有簡單幾何形狀且為例如圓形、橢圓形、正方形、菱形、三角形及星形。結構元件可形成規則或不規則螢幕。實例為經典點螢幕或隨機螢幕,例如調頻螢幕。
在本發明之一個實施例中,使用雷射在模具之結構化中將井結合於模具中,該等井展現在50至250 µm範圍內之平均深度及在50至250 µm範圍內之中心至中心分離。
舉例而言,可雕刻模具使得其展現「井」(凹陷部分),該等井在模具表面上展現在10至500 µm範圍內之直徑。模具表面上之直徑較佳為20至250 µm且尤其較佳30至150 µm。阱之分離可例如為10至500 µm、較佳20至200 µm、尤其較佳高達80 µm。
在本發明之一個實施例中,除粗糙表面結構以外,模具較佳亦展現精細表面結構。粗糙及精細結構兩者皆可藉由雷射雕刻產生。精細結構可例如為具有在1至30 µm範圍內之粗糙度幅度及0.5至30 µm之粗糙度頻率的微粗糙度。微粗糙度之尺寸較佳在1至20 µm、尤其較佳2至15 µm且尤其較佳3至10 µm之範圍內。
IR雷射尤其適用於雷射雕刻。然而,亦有可能使用具有較短波長之雷射,其限制條件為雷射展現令人滿意的強度。舉例而言,可使用加倍頻率(532 nm)或三倍頻率(355 nm)Nd-YAG雷射,或亦可使用準分子雷射(例如,248 nm)。具有10 640 nm之波長之CO2
雷射例如可用於雷射雕刻。尤其較佳使用具有600至2000 nm之波長之雷射。舉例而言,可使用Nd-YAG雷射(1064 nm)、IR二極體雷射或固態雷射。Nd/YAG雷射尤其較佳。待雕刻之影像資訊直接自佈局電腦系統傳送至雷射設備。可持續或以脈衝模式操作雷射。
一般而言,所得模具在其已經製備後可直接使用。視需要,仍可隨後清潔所得模具。此清潔階段移除已經鬆開但仍可能不完全自表面移除之層成分。一般而言,用水、水/界面活性劑、醇或較佳低溶脹的惰性有機清潔劑進行之簡單處理係足夠的。
在額外階段中,將聚合物之水性調配物塗覆至模具。可較佳藉由噴塗進行塗覆。若塗覆聚合物之調配物,則應將模具例如加熱至至少80℃、較佳至少90℃之溫度。來自聚合物之水性調配物之水蒸發且在固化聚合物層中形成毛細管。
關於聚合物分散液,水性應理解為意謂基於分散液,其包含水但少於5重量%、較佳少於1重量%之有機溶劑。尤其較佳地,無揮發性有機溶劑可偵測到。揮發性有機溶劑在本發明之上下文中應理解為意謂在標準壓力下展現高達200℃之沸點的彼等有機溶劑。
在本發明之一個實施例中,水性聚合物分散液包含至少一種選自以下之添加劑:顏料、消光劑、光穩定劑、阻燃劑、抗氧化劑、抗靜電劑、抗污損劑、消聲劑、增稠劑(尤其基於聚胺酯之增稠劑)、防水劑、防油劑及中空微球。在本發明之一個實施例中,水性聚合物分散液包含總計高達20重量%之添加劑。
水性聚合物分散液可另外包含一或多種有機溶劑。合適有機溶劑為例如醇,諸如乙醇或異丙醇且尤其甘醇、二甘醇、三甘醇或四甘醇及以C1
-C4
烷基二烷氧基化或較佳以C1
-C4
烷基單烷氧基化之甘醇、二甘醇、三甘醇或四甘醇。合適有機溶劑之實例為乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、四乙二醇、二丙二醇、1,2-二甲氧基乙烷、甲基三乙二醇(「甲基三甘醇」)、及三乙二醇正丁基醚(「丁基三甘醇」)。
在本發明的一個實施例中,水性聚合物(尤其聚胺酯分散液)不包含任何碳酸伸丙酯。
在一較佳實施例中,聚胺酯層(C)由視情況包含至少一種交聯劑C之水性聚胺酯分散液形成,該至少一種交聯劑C為至少一種視情況用至少一種封端劑BA封端之聚異氰酸酯P,如上文所定義。
在本發明之一個實施例中,用於聚合物層(C)之製備的水性聚胺酯分散液包含0.1至5重量%之二丙二醇二甲醚及/或1,2-丙二醇二乙酸酯。在一尤其較佳實施例中,將合適交聯劑C作為於二丙二醇二甲醚及/或1,2-丙二醇二乙酸酯中之1至80重量%溶液、較佳作為於二丙二醇二甲醚及/或1,2-丙二醇二乙酸酯中之30至75重量%溶液添加至用於至少一種聚合物層(C)之製備的水性聚胺酯分散液中。在一尤其較佳實施例中,將聚異氰酸酯交聯劑C作為於二丙二醇二甲醚及/或1,2-丙二醇二乙酸酯中之30至75重量%溶液添加至用於至少一種聚合物層(C)之製備的水性聚胺酯分散液中。
在固化聚胺酯層(C)後,例如藉由剝離將其與模具分離,且獲得在根據本發明之多層複合物系統中形成聚合物層(C)之聚合物膜。
在本發明之一較佳實施例中,亦可允許模具充當保護層且僅可在實際多層複合物系統製備後將其移除。
在階段 ( b )
中,將黏著劑聚合物以固體形式塗覆至膜(A)及/或聚胺酯層(C)。
可根據本身已知的方法,尤其藉由放置或按壓來塗覆呈固體形式(諸如黏著劑柵格、黏著劑網或黏著劑膜)之黏著劑聚合物。可持續或分批進行塗覆。呈固體形式之黏著劑聚合物可作為捲繞產品提供。
在另一形式中,將黏著劑聚合物以固體形式塗覆至聚胺酯層(C)。
在另一形式中,將黏著劑聚合物以固體形式塗覆至膜(A)及聚胺酯層(C)。
在一較佳形式中,將黏著劑聚合物以固體形式塗覆至膜(A)。
在階段 ( c )
中,合併聚胺酯層(C)與膜(A)。
通常,合併聚胺酯層(C)與膜(A)使得黏著劑聚合物之層處於聚胺酯層(C)與膜(A)之間。
在最大程度上例如經由光化輻射或經由老化以熱方式固化黏著劑聚合物,且獲得根據本發明之多層複合材料。固化較佳以熱方式進行。
亦有可能壓縮複合物系統,例如使用砑光機。合適接觸壓力可在1至20巴、較佳1.5至10巴且尤其2至5巴之範圍內。合適接觸時間可在10秒至100分鐘、較佳30秒至30分鐘且尤其1至10分鐘之範圍內。合適接觸溫度可在80℃至160℃、較佳90℃至150℃且尤其100℃至140℃之範圍內。
已經根據根據本發明之方法製備之多層複合材料展現各種優勢
:
其具有令人舒適的視覺及觸覺特性且顯示出人意料良好的機械特性,諸如耐摩擦性或挫曲強度。此外,其展現良好功能特性且可令人滿意地經清潔,例如藉由機械清潔或化學清潔,例如使用超臨界二氧化碳或有機溶劑,諸如烴或鹵化烴。詳言之,其展現優良儲存及老化特性,尤其熱光老化特性及水解特性。此外,已經根據本發明之方法製備之複合材料展現極持久品質,此係由於所用之水性聚合物分散液具有長存放期。另外,其已經示出已經根據根據本發明之方法製備之複合材料在製備後緊接著不含黏著劑且可在製備後快速堆疊、捲繞或者儲存。
實例
TPU膜1:基於芳族聚酯聚胺酯之熱塑性聚胺酯之無色透明膜,密度1.21 g/cm3
(DIN 53479),熔點範圍140℃-155℃(厚度為50 μm之Kofler組),原料約86之肖氏A硬度(DIN 53505),拉伸強度縱向/橫向45 MPa,斷裂伸長率縱向/橫向490%(DIN EN ISO 527-1、-3),可作為「Thermo-plastische Polyurethanfolie 4119[熱塑性聚胺酯膜4119」商購自Gerlinger Industries,Nordlingen,Germany。
TPU膜2:基於芳族聚酯聚胺酯之熱塑性聚胺酯之無色不透明膜,密度1.19 g/cm3
(DIN 53479)、熔點範圍165℃-175℃(厚度為50 µm之Kofler組)、原料約86之肖氏A硬度(DIN 53505)、拉伸強度縱向/橫向40 MPa、斷裂伸長率縱向/橫向500%(DIN EN ISO 527-1、-3),可作為「Thermo-plastische Polyurethanfolie 4120[熱塑性聚胺酯膜4120」商購自Gerlinger Industries,Nordlingen,Germany。
TPU膜3:熱塑性聚胺酯之膜,厚度150 µm,熔點約120℃,可商購。
聚醯胺膜1:由己內醯胺、己二胺及己二酸(共聚醯胺6/66)製得之無色聚醯胺膜,熔點約190℃。
黏著劑A:共聚酯之白色網,每單位面積重量8-60 g/m2
,87℃-97℃之熔點範圍,51至100 cm3
/10 min之熔融體積流率MVR,可商購自Protechnic S.A.,Cernay,France。
黏著劑B:共聚醯胺之白色網,每單位面積重量8-60 g/m2
,98℃-108℃之熔點範圍,19至50 cm3
/10 min之熔融體積流率MVR,可商購自Protechnic S.A.,Cernay,France。
黏著劑C:脂族熱塑性聚胺酯聚酯之白色網,每單位面積重量12-70 g/m2
,105℃-115℃之熔點範圍,51至100 cm3
/10 min之熔融體積流率MVR,可商購自Protechnic S.A., Cernay, France。
根據ISO11357藉助於DSC確定熔點範圍。在160℃及2.16 kg下根據ISO 1133-1量測熔融體積流率MVR。
valure®PToM:水性陰離子聚胺酯分散液,31-38重量%固體含量,pH 6-8.5,流出時間10-20 s(DIN53211,在20℃下4 mm)。
顏料:水性黑色顏料製劑,可作為Luconyl®NG Black 0066商購自BASF SE。
一般製備方法 : 階段 a )
根據現有技術水平製備具有所需圖案之聚矽氧模具。 根據現有技術水平藉由用包含valure®PToM、valure® Härter CI及顏料之水性聚胺酯分散液噴塗熱模具而使聚胺酯層形成於模具上。
階段 b )
將黏著劑A、B或C切至膜之大小且手動置於膜上。
階段 c )
將聚胺酯層自模具剝離且與黏著劑所處之膜合併,使得黏著劑介於聚胺酯層與膜之間。 將因此獲得之複合材料在3 MPa之壓力下在130℃-135℃下壓縮3或5分鐘。
實例 1 - 9 : TPU 膜上之複合材料
根據一般製備方法生產基於TPU膜之多層複合材料(TPU膜1、TPU膜2及TPU膜3)。
人工測試且定性評估複合材料中之層的黏著性。結果概述於表1中。 表1
實例 10 :聚醯胺膜上之複合材料
根據一般製備方法生產基於聚胺酯膜1及黏著劑A之多層複合材料且如在實例1-9中測試黏著性。黏著性極佳。
Claims (14)
- 一種用於製備多層複合材料之方法,該等多層複合材料包含: (A) 由聚胺酯或聚醯胺製得之膜, (B) 由具有70℃至130℃之熔點範圍之熱塑性黏著劑聚合物製得的黏結層,及 (C) 聚胺酯層, 其中 a) 使用模具形成該聚胺酯層(C), b) 將該黏著劑聚合物以固體形式塗覆至該膜(A)及/或該聚胺酯層(C),及 c) 使該聚胺酯層(C)與該膜(A)合併。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中該膜係由熱塑性聚胺酯或脂族聚醯胺製得。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中該膜係由熱塑性聚胺酯製得。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中該膜具有1至500 µm之厚度。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中階段b)中之該黏著劑聚合物具有5至100 g/m2 之每單位面積重量。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中階段b)中之該黏著劑聚合物具有10至100 cm3 /10 min之熔融體積流率MVR。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中,在階段b)中,將該黏著劑以黏著劑柵格、黏著劑網或黏著劑膜之形式塗覆。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中該黏著劑聚合物具有80℃至125℃之熔點範圍。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中該黏著劑聚合物係基於聚胺酯、聚醯胺、聚酯或聚烯烴。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中該聚胺酯層(C)展現圖案。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中該黏結層(B)為固化黏著劑聚合物之穿孔層。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中該聚矽氧模具為使用雷射雕刻結構化之聚矽氧模具。
- 如請求項1或2之方法,其中在使用雷射結構化該模具中將井結合於該模具中,該等井展現在50至250 µm範圍內之平均深度及在50至250 µm範圍內之中心至中心分離。
- 一種多層複合材料,其包含 (A) 由聚胺酯或聚醯胺製得之膜, (B) 由具有70℃至130℃之熔點範圍之熱塑性黏著劑聚合物製得的黏結層,及 (C) 聚胺酯層, 其可藉由如請求項1至13中任一項之方法獲得。
