Description
(A)織物シート材料と、
(B)必要に応じて少なくとも一層の結合層と、
(C)その厚み全体を貫通する毛細管を有するポリウレタン層とを
を成分として含み、
織物シート材料(A)とポリウレタン層(C)とが、直接的または結合層(B)を経由して張り合わされている多層複合材料に関する。
(A)織物シート材料と、
(B)必要に応じて少なくとも一層の結合層と、
(C)その厚み全体を貫通する毛細管を有するポリウレタン層。
なお、織物シート材料(A)とポリウレタン層(C)とは、直接的または結合層(B)を経由して張り合わされている。
1)必要なら添加物及び/又は副原料を含む液体バインダーを、模様がある表面上に、例えばもう一つの鋳型または元の模様の上に塗布する、
2)例えば熱硬化や放射線硬化、養生によりこのバインダーを硬化させる、
3)このようにして得られる成形物を分離し、適当ならそれを支持体に、例えば金属板または金属製シリンダに押し付ける。
1)バインダーと好ましくは添加物と副原料とを含んでいるレーザー彫刻性の層、またはレーザー彫刻性の層を有する積層物を支持体上に与え、
2)レーザー彫刻性層を熱化学的、光化学的または化学線により強化し、
3)レーザーを用いて、表面構造化塗膜の表面構造に対応する表面構造を、レーザー彫刻性層中に掘り込む。
(a)イソシアネート、好ましくはジイソシアネートを、
(b)通常分子量(Mw)が500〜10000g/molの範囲、好ましくは500〜5000g/molの範囲、より好ましくは800〜3000g/molの範囲にあるイソシアネート反応性化合物と、
(c)分子量が50〜499g/molの範囲にある鎖延長剤と、必要なら
(d)触媒
(e)及び/又は通常の添加物材料の存在下で
反応させて製造される。
AOは、C2−C4−アルキレンオキシドで、例えばブチレンオキシド、特にエチレンオキシド(CH2CH2O)及びプロピレンオキシド(CH(CH3)CH2O)、または(CH2CH(CH3)O)であり、
xは、1〜50の整数、好ましくは5〜25の整数であり、
R6は、水素およびC1−C30アルキル、特にC1−C10アルキル、例えばメチルやエチル、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、イソブチル、sec−ブチル、tert−ブチル、n−ペンチル、イソペンチル、sec−ペンチル、ネオペンチル、1,2−ジメチルプロピル、イソアミル、n−ヘキシル、イソヘキシル、sec−ヘキシル、n−ヘプチル、n−オクチル、2−エチルヘキシル、n−ノニル、n−デシル、から選ばれ、より好ましくはC1−C4アルキル、例えばメチルやエチル、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、イソブチル、sec−ブチル、tert−ブチルから選ばれる。
I.1 ポリウレタン水分散液Disp.1の製造
以下のものを攪拌容器中で混合した。
7重量%の、ジイソシアネートとして重量比で13:10のヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(a1.1)とイソホロンジイソシアネート(a1.2)と、
ジオールとして、モル比で1:1:2のイソフタル酸とアジピン酸と1,4−ジヒドロキシメチルシクロヘキサン(異性体混合物)の重縮合で得られた分子量Mwが800g/molのポリエステルジオール(b1.1)とポリエステルジオール(b1.1)に対して5重量%の1,4−ブタンジオール(b1.2)と、3重量%のモノメチルル化ポリエチレングリコール(c.1)と、3重量%のH2N−CH2CH2−NH−CH2CH2−COOHから得られた軟質ポリウレタン(PU1.1)の水分散液(粒子径:125nm、固形物含量:40%、ただし、軟質ポリウレタン(PU1.1)の軟化点:62℃、軟化は55℃で開始、ショアA硬度:54)、
65重量%の、イソホロンジイソシアネート(a1.2)、1,4−ブタンジオール、1,1−ジメチルプロピオン酸、ヒドラジン水和物、ポリプロピレングリコールの反応で得られた硬質ポリウレタン(PU2.2)(分子量Mw:4200g/mol、軟化点:195℃、ショアA硬度:86)の水分散液(粒子径:150nm)、
3.5重量%の化合物(V.1)の70重量%溶液(プロピレンカーボネート中):
2重量%のカーボンブラック、
0.5重量%のポリウレタン系増粘剤、および
1重量%のイソブタンで満たされたポリ塩化ビニリデンマイクロバルーン(直径:20μm、例えばエキスパンセル(R)としてアクゾノベルより購入可能)。
以下のものを攪拌容器中で混合した。
7重量%の、ジイソシアネートとして重量比で13:10のヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(a1.1)とイソホロンジイソシアネート(a1.2)と、
ジオールとして、モル比で1:1:2のイソフタル酸とアジピン酸と1,4−ジヒドロキシメチルシクロヘキサン(異性体混合物)の重縮合で得られた分子量Mwが800g/molのポリエステルジオール(b1.1)とポリエステルジオール(b1.1)に対して5重量%の1,4−ブタンジオール(b1.2)と、3重量%のモノメチルル化ポリエチレングリコール(c.1)と、3重量%のH2N−CH2CH2−NH−CH2CH2−COOHから得られた軟質ポリウレタン(PU1.1)の水分散液(粒子径:125nm、固形物含量:40%、ただし、軟質ポリウレタン(PU1.1)の軟化点:62℃、軟化は55℃で開始、ショアA硬度:54)、
65重量%の、イソホロンジイソシアネート(a1.2)、1,4−ブタンジオール、1,1−ジメチルプロピオン酸、ヒドラジン水和物、ポリプロピレングリコールの反応で得られた硬質ポリウレタン(PU2.2)(分子量Mw:4200g/mol、軟化点:195℃、ショアA硬度:90)の水分散液(粒子径:150nm)、
3.5重量%の化合物(V.1)の70重量%溶液(プロピレンカーボネート中)、
(NCO含量:12%)、および
2重量%のカーボンブラック。
液体シリコーンを、フルグレイン牛皮の模様を有する表面の上に注いだ。酸性硬化剤としてのジ−N−ブチルビス(1−オキソネオデシルオキシ)−スタナンの25重量%テトラエトキシシラン溶液を添加して、このシリコーンを硬化させて、平均で2mm厚のシリコーンゴムを得て、鋳型として用いた。この鋳型は、1.5mm厚のアルミニウム支持体に貼り付けた。
IIの鋳型を加熱可能な表面上に置き、91℃に加熱した。次いで、その上にDisp.1を、噴射ノズルから88g/m2(湿重量)の速度で噴霧した。径が0.46mmの噴射ノズルを用い、65barの圧力で噴霧して、塗布の際に空気を混合を防いだ。この後、表面の粘着性がなくなるまで91℃で固化させた。
その後、ポリエステル織布(A.1)の噴霧面を、ポリウレタンフィルム(C.1)と共に鋳型上におかれた未だに熱い結合層(B.1)に乗せ、プレス中で4bar、110°Cで15秒間圧縮した。このようにして得られた本発明の多層複合材料MSV.1を次いでプレスから除き、鋳型をそこから取り除いた。
Claims (12)
- (A)織物シート材料と、
(B)任意に少なくとも一層の結合層と、
(C)その厚み全体を貫通する毛細管と、平均長が20〜500μmの範囲にある短毛を有するベルベット表面に相当する模様と、を有するポリウレタン層とを成分として含み、
織物シート材料(A)とポリウレタン層(C)とが、直接的または結合層(B)を介して結合され
前記ポリウレタン層(C)の短毛の平均的な相互間隔は50〜350μmであり、
前記結合層(B)が硬化した有機接着剤層を含み、
前記織物シート材料(A)が、織布、延伸ループ編布又は不織布を含み、且つ凝固により析出した少なくとも一種のポリマーを含んでおり、
前記ポリウレタン層(C)は、ポリウレタン水分散液を事前に加熱した鋳型に塗布して水を蒸発させ、得られたポリウレタンフィルム(C)を織物(A)に移すことにより得られ、
前記ポリウレタン層(C)を形成するための該ポリウレタン水分散液は、カルボン酸基、カルボン酸誘導体基、第一級および第二級アミノ基、またはアミノアルキルアミノ基から選択される反応性基を有するシリコン化合物を含んでいることを特徴とする多層複合材料。 - 前記ポリウレタン層(C)を形成するための該ポリウレタン水分散液は、少なくとも1種のポリカーボネートジオールを含む少なくとも1種のポリウレタンを含む請求項1に記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記結合層(B)が、硬化した有機接着剤の断続層を含む請求項1または2に記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記結合層(B)が、硬化した有機接着剤の連続層を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記織物シート材料(A)と前記ポリウレタン層(C)の間に中間層(D)を有さない請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材料。
- シリコーン鋳型を用いてポリウレタン層(C)を形成し、織物シート材料(A)及び/又はポリウレタン層(C)上に、均一にまたは部分的に少なくとも一種の有機接着剤を塗布し、次いでポリウレタン層(C)を点状に、短冊状にまたは面状に織物シート材料(A)に結合させる請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材料の製造方法であって、
前記シリコーン鋳型が、レーザーを用いて、平均深さが50〜250μmの範囲にあり中心−中心間距離が50〜250μmの範囲にある凹みを鋳型内に刻印して構造化されることを特徴とする多層複合材料の製造方法。 - 装飾材料としてのあるいは装飾材料の製造での請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材料の利用。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材料からなる、あるいはそれ利用して得られる装飾材料。
- 家庭織物としてのあるいは家庭織物の製造での請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材料の利用。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材料からなる、あるいはそれ利用して得られる家庭用織物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材料を用いて得られるシートまたは座家具または寝家具。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材料を用いて得られる、ドアライニングとセンターコンソールとパッケージトレイから選ばれる自動車インテリア部品。
