Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係る流体圧シリンダ10について、図1~図10を参照しながら説明する。
図1に示すように、流体圧シリンダ10は、シリンダチューブ12、ヘッドカバー14、ロッドカバー16、ピストン18、ピストンロッド20等から構成される。シリンダチューブ12の一端にカバー部材としてのヘッドカバー14が固定され、シリンダチューブ12の他端に同じくカバー部材としてのロッドカバー16が固定される。シリンダチューブ12の内側にはシリンダ室22が形成される。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る流体圧シリンダ50について、図11~図15を参照しながら説明する。第2実施形態は、クッションパッキンの構成が第1実施形態と異なるほか、バイパス路と固定オリフィスを有しない点が第1実施形態と異なる。なお、上述した流体圧シリンダ10と同一または同等の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- シリンダチューブと、前記シリンダチューブの端部に固定されるカバー部材とを含み、ピストンと前記カバー部材との間に形成される圧力室を有する流体圧シリンダであって、
前記カバー部材には、前記圧力室に圧力流体を給排するためのポートと、前記圧力室と前記ポートとを接続するクッション孔とが設けられ、前記ピストンの移動に伴って前記クッション孔に挿抜自在となるように筒状のクッションリングが前記ピストンまたはピストンロッドに設けられ、前記クッション孔を構成する前記カバー部材の内壁に形成された取付溝には、前記クッションリングの外周に摺接可能な環状のクッションパッキンが軸方向に移動可能に装着され、前記クッションパッキンには、その外周面から前記ピストンに近い側面まで延びる複数の突起が周方向に並んで設けられ、前記クッションリングの外周面には前記クッションリングの軸線と平行な向きに延びるとともに断面積が変化する緩衝溝が形成され、前記クッションパッキンは、前記ピストンから離れた側面から軸方向に突出する環状の軸方向突出部を有し、前記軸方向突出部は、周方向の所定位置においてその先端部が切り欠かれることで切欠き部を有し、前記切欠き部による流路面積は、隣接する前記突起間の隙間による流路面積より小さい流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記緩衝溝は、クッションリングの軸線回りに等角度間隔で複数形成される流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記緩衝溝は、前記クッションリングの前記カバー部材側端部で始まり、前記ピストンが前記カバー部材に当接するストロークエンドにおいて前記クッションパッキンと当接する箇所よりも前記ピストンから離れた位置で終わる流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項3記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記クッションパッキンが当接可能な部位における前記緩衝溝の横断面は、前記緩衝溝の終端に向けて徐々に面積が減少する形状となっている流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項4記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記クッションパッキンが当接可能な部位における前記緩衝溝の横断面は、前記緩衝溝の終端に向けて徐々に浅くなっている流体圧シリンダ。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
前記カバー部材は、前記シリンダチューブの一端に固定されるヘッドカバーおよび前記シリンダチューブの他端に固定されるロッドカバーである流体圧シリンダ。
