Description
内部に消火剤が収容された消火タンク、前記消火タンクから前記少なくとも二つ以上のバッテリーモジュールの各々に前記消火剤を供給するように連結された配管、前記配管に備えられ、前記消火剤の供給流量が一定になるように構成された流量調節部、及び前記消火タンクから内部温度が所定の温度以上に上昇したバッテリーモジュールに消火剤を供給するように構成された少なくとも一つの弁を備える消火ユニットと、を含む。

Claims (10)
- 一方向に配列された少なくとも二つ以上のバッテリーモジュールと、
内部に消火剤が収容された消火タンク、前記消火タンクから前記少なくとも二つ以上のバッテリーモジュールの各々に前記消火剤を供給するように連結され前記少なくとも二つ以上のバッテリーモジュールに沿って延びる共通配管、前記共通配管から分枝した少なくとも二つ以上の分配管、前記共通配管および/または分配管に備えられ、前記少なくとも二つ以上のバッテリーモジュールの各々に供給される前記消火剤の供給流量間の偏差が発生しないように構成された流量調節部、及び前記消火タンクから内部温度が所定の温度以上に上昇したバッテリーモジュールに消火剤を供給するように構成された少なくとも一つの弁を備える消火ユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記共通配管は、前記消火タンクの消火剤が吐き出される吐出口と連結され、
前記流量調節部が、前記共通配管に備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記流量調節部は、前記消火剤の供給圧力が所定の圧力以下に減圧するように構成された少なくとも一つ以上の減圧弁を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記分配管の前記消火剤が移動する方向の末端部には、前記バッテリーモジュールが所定の温度以上に上昇する場合、前記バッテリーモジュールの内部に前記消火剤が注入可能に開放されるように構成された受動型弁が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、内部で発生したガスが移動するように構成されたガス通路と、前記ガス通路と連結され、前記バッテリーモジュールの内部と外部が連通するように穿孔された投入口と、を備え、
前記受動型弁は、少なくとも一部が前記投入口を通じて前記バッテリーモジュールに挿入されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記少なくとも二つ以上の分配管は、管径が相違に構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記少なくとも二つ以上の分配管のうち分枝した位置が前記吐出口から相対的に近い分配管であるほど、残りの分配管よりも管径が小さく構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック、及び前記バッテリーパックを収容するラックケースを含む、バッテリーラック。
- 請求項8に記載のバッテリーラックを少なくとも二つ以上含む、電力貯蔵装置。
- 前記共通配管は、前記消火タンクの消火剤が吐き出される吐出口と連結され、前記共通配管から少なくとも二つ以上のバッテリーラックの各々へ分枝した少なくとも二つ以上の分配管は、並列配管であり、
前記流量調節部が、前記少なくとも二つ以上の並列配管のうち少なくとも一部に備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電力貯蔵装置。
