Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースと、を含み、
前記モジュールケースの少なくとも一側内部には、
消火剤を備える消火タンクユニットと連結され、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの熱暴走や火事の発生時、前記モジュールケースの内部に前記消火剤を直接的に噴射することにより熱暴走や火事を鎮圧する消火剤供給流路が設けられ、
前記消火剤供給流路は、前記モジュールケースの少なくとも一側内部に空間を有し、前記消火剤が前記空間に入っていることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを支持するケース本体と、
前記ケース本体と連結される前方カバーと、
前記前方カバーと反対側で前記ケース本体と連結される後方カバーと、
前記前方カバーと前記後方カバーとの間に配置される一対のサイドプレートと、を含み、
前記消火剤供給流路は、
前記一対のサイドプレートのうち少なくとも一つに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火剤供給流路が設けられるサイドプレートには、
前記熱暴走や火事の発生時、前記消火剤供給流路内の消火剤を前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセル側へ噴射するための消火剤噴射部が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火剤噴射部には、
前記消火剤供給流路を密閉するように構成され、前記モジュールケースの内部が所定の温度以上の内部ガスに露出する場合、少なくとも一部が破損することで前記消火剤供給流路を開放して前記消火剤を前記消火剤噴射部の外へ案内するように構成されたガラスバルブが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火剤噴射部は、
前記モジュールケースの内部で、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルに向かい合う前記消火剤供給流路が設けられるサイドプレートの内壁に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火剤噴射部は、
前記モジュールケースの長手方向において、前記消火剤供給流路が設けられるサイドプレートの内壁の中央に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火剤噴射部は、複数個が備えられ、
前記複数個の前記消火剤噴射部は、前記モジュールケースの長手方向において、相互に所定の距離で離隔して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火剤は、
水で備えられる消火水であることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールを収容するラックケースと、を含む、バッテリーラック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーラックを含む、電力貯蔵装置。
