Description
Claims (9)
- 組織を受け入れるための開放姿勢と組織に係合するための閉鎖姿勢との間で移動する第1の端部と前記第1の端部の近位側に配置される一対のグリップ部材とを備える第1の係合部材と、
前記第1の係合部材を把持するように構成された把持部材と
を備え、
前記把持部材は前記一対のグリップ部材に対応する一対のアームを備え、各アームは対応するグリップ部材に接して、前記一対のグリップ部材に対して互いに接近する方向に力を付与することにより、前記第1の係合部材を閉鎖姿勢から開放姿勢へと移動させ、前記一対のグリップ部材が互いに離間することにより、前記第1の係合部材を開放姿勢から閉鎖姿勢へと移動させて、組織を引くために前記第1の係合部材を組織に係合させるように構成されている、組織引き込みシステム。 - 前記一対のグリップ部材はそれぞれ凸面を有し、前記一対のグリップ部材の一方のグリップ部材の凸面は、前記一対のグリップ部材の他方のグリップ部材の凸面とは逆方向に向いている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記一対のアームは各遠位端にフィンガーを備え、各フィンガーは、各アームの長手軸線に対して直交して延び、両フィンガーは互いに向かって指向する、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記一対のグリップ部材の間に連結された破壊可能部材と、前記破壊可能部材に連結される遠位端においてループを有するテザーとをさらに備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記破壊可能部材は、前記一対のグリップ部材に対して前記一対のグリップ部材が互いに接近する方向に力が付与されたとき、分離するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記把持部材は一対のバネ部をさらに備え、各バネ部は、前記一対のアームの各アームの遠位端に連結されて、前記一対のグリップ部材の対応するグリップ部材に接して前記一対のグリップ部材に対して互いに接近する方向に力を付与するように構成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の係合部材および前記把持部材は、内部を貫通して延びるルーメンを有するカテーテル内を通って体管腔内に送達されるように構成されており、前記カテーテルの遠位端は、前記カテーテルの前記遠位端以外の部分における内径よりも小さな内径を有し、前記把持部材が前記カテーテルの前記遠位端を通過するとき、前記把持部材の一対のアームが互いに接近する方向に付勢されるように構成されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 第1の開放端と、第2の閉鎖端と、前記第1の開放端および前記第2の閉鎖端の間における本体部とを有するケーシングをさらに備え、前記ケーシングは、前記第1の係合部材の前記第1の端部を中心として配置されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記本体部は、前記第1の開放端から前記第2の閉鎖端まで延びる第1の部分と、前記第1の開放端から前記第2の閉鎖端まで延びる第2の部分とからなる、請求項8に記載のシステム。
