・重複するセットを除去する
・欠落したデータを高い割合で有するトレーニングセットを除去する
・セット中の欠落した値に、最新の利用可能な値を入れる
・稼動値を計算
(1)トレーニング:大量の履歴データは、機械学習モデルをトレーニングするために使用
(2)予測:近い将来にペーパージャム(紙詰り)が発生しそうなMFPリストを生成するために、以下に示すデータが機械学習モデルに供給される。特許請求の範囲で言及するペーパージャムデータとしては、以下のものが選定され得る。
- ペーパージャムのサービスコール日
- ペーパージャムエラー発生の頻度
- 印刷されたページの枚数
- 最後の紙詰まりで部品交換してからの期間
- その週の曜日
- その年の月
- デバイスシャットダウンした頻度
- 環境要因:温度、湿度、ほこり
ただし、実施形態としては、上記データを用いたが、これに限定されず、学習モデルにより適宜選択できる。少なくとも、ペーパージャムエラー発生の頻度、印字枚数が重要となる。
- 重複するトレーニングセットは削除
- データの喪失割合が高いレーニングセットは削除
- トレーニングセット中の喪失データは、最新の利用可能データで置換する
- 稼動値の計算
その後、トレーニングセット512は、様々な機械学習モデルをトレーニングするために使用される。よりよい予測を与えるものは、次の予測プロセスに選ばれる。

Claims (5)
- プロセッサと、
紙用類に印字を行う電子機器と、
ネットワーク接続された前記電子機器から紙用類に関するペーパージャムデータを常時受信するよう構成されたネットワークインタフェースと、
前記電子機器のサービス訪問データを記憶するメモリと、
を具備し、
前記プロセッサは、
前記サービス訪問データに設定されるサービス訪問日より前に、前記ペーパージャムデータのサンプリング窓を生成し、
予期されるペーパージャムの兆候が存在しないとき、前記サンプリング窓に含まれるポイントを判断して予測窓を生成し、
前記サンプリング窓の前記予測窓内のペーパージャムデータと、前記サンプリング窓の前記予測窓以外のペーパージャムデータ間の関連性を判断して、その関連性データを生成し、
前記電子機器からの前記関連性データに関する前記ペーパージャムデータをモニタし、
前記モニタした前記ペーパージャムデータが前記電子機器に予期されるペーパージャムを示すときペーパージャム警告を生成する
ペーパージャム予測システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記ペーパージャムデータに関する稼動窓として前記サンプリング窓を生成し、
前記稼動窓の前記ペーパージャムデータについて標準偏差値を判断して前記関連性データを生成する
請求項1に記載のペーパージャム予測システム。 - 前記ペーパージャムデータは、ペーパージャムの頻度に対応するデータを含む請求項1又は請求項2に記載のペーパージャム予測システム。
- 前記ペーパージャムデータは、前記電子機器が処理した用紙のページカウントに対応するデータを含む請求項1又は請求項2に記載のペーパージャム予測システム。
- 前記メモリは、前記電子機器に関する交換用パーツに対応する交換用パーツデータをさらに記憶し、
前記プロセッサは更に、前記交換用パーツデータに関する前記ペーパージャムデータをモニタする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のペーパージャム予測システム。
