Claims (16)
- 外科的訓練のための切開可能模擬組織構造体であって、
複合多層構造体であって、
上面および下面を備え前記上面と前記下面との間に厚さを定めるシリコーンの頂部層と、
上面および下面を備え前記上面と前記下面との間に厚さを定めるシリコーンの底部層と、
前記頂部層と前記底部層との間に配置された中間層と、
前記中間層内に配置されたシリコーンの少なくとも1本の模擬血管と、
上面および下面を備え前記上面と前記下面との間には厚さが定められたシリコーンの第2の層と、
前記第2の層と前記底部層との間に配置されたポリフィルの第3の層と、を含む多層構造体を備え、
前記ポリフィルの第3の層が、各繊維の長さに沿った1または2以上の箇所で1または2以上の隣接するシリコーン層と部分的に接続された1または2以上の整列していない状態でランダムに配置された不織繊維である、
ことを特徴とする切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 前記ポリフィルの第3の層は、前記第2の層および前記底部層の少なくとも一方に接続されている、
請求項1に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 上面および下面を備え前記上面と前記下面との間に厚さを定めるシリコーンの第1の層を更に有し、
前記ポリフィルの第3の層は、前記第2の層と前記第1の層との間に配置され、前記ポリフィルの第3の層は、前記第2の層および前記第1の層の少なくとも一方に接続されている、
請求項1に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 前記第1の層の前記上面は、接着剤により前記底部層の底面に接続されている、
請求項3に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 前記底部層の頂面の少なくとも一部は、前記頂部層の底面に連結されている、
請求項1に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 前記中間層は、ゲルで作られている、

請求項8に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 他方の側において、前記第4の層および前記複合多層構造体は、模擬結腸に接着剤で接続されている、
請求項9に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 上面および下面を備えたシリコーンの第5の層と、上面および下面を備えたシリコーンの第6の層を更に有している、
請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 一方の側において、前記第5の層および前記第6の層は、前記白いシリコーンのストリップの長さに沿った第2の側縁で、一緒に接合されている、
請求項11に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 他方の側において、前記第5の層および前記第6の層は、フレームに接続されている、
請求項12に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 前記白いシリコーンのストリップが模擬トルトの白線を表し、前記第4の層と前記第5の層が模擬腹膜層と模擬腸間膜層をそれぞれ表す、
請求項11に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - さらに、前記ポリフィルの第3の層内に、模擬尿管、模擬生殖線血管、模擬十二指腸、および模擬神経束を有している、
請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の切開可能模擬組織構造体。 - 前記複合多層構造体が、模擬腸間膜および模擬トルト筋膜になっている、
