Claims (20)
- 外科的訓練のための模擬切開可能組織構造体であって、
第1のルーメンを画定する外面と内面を備えたシリコーンの第1の筒体と、
第2のルーメンを画定する外面と内面を備えたシリコーンの第2の筒体と、
第3のルーメンを画定する外面と内面を備えたシリコーンの第3の筒体と、
前記第3の筒体と前記第2の筒体との間に配置されたポリフィルの第4の筒体と、
内部および外部を画定するフレームとを有し、
前記第1の筒体、前記第2の筒体、前記第3の筒体および前記第4の筒体は、前記フレームの内部の中に浮かされ、前記第1の筒体は、前記第2の筒体内に配置され、前記第2の筒体は、前記第3の筒体内に配置されている、模擬切開可能組織構造体。 - 前記フレームの前記内部の中に浮かされた模擬前立腺系を更に有する、請求項1記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 前記フレームの前記内部の中に浮かされた模擬膀胱を更に有する、請求項1記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 前記フレームの前記内部の中に浮かされた模擬前立腺を更に有する、請求項1記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。

上面および下面を備えたシリコーンの頂部層を有し、前記上面と前記下面との間には厚さが定められ、
上面および下面を備えたシリコーンの底部層を有し、前記上面と前記下面との間には厚さが定められ、
前記頂部層と前記底部層との間に配置された中間層を有し、
前記中間層内に配置されたシリコーンの少なくとも1本の模擬血管を有し、
上面および下面を備えたシリコーンの第2の層を有し、前記上面と前記下面との間には厚さが定められ、
前記第2の層と前記底部層との間に配置されたポリフィルの第3の層を有する、模擬切開可能組織構造体。 - 前記ポリフィルの第3の層は、前記第2の層および前記底部層のうちの少なくとも一方に連結されている、請求項5記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 上面および下面を備えたシリコーンの第1の層を更に有し、前記上面と前記下面との間には厚さが定められ、前記ポリフィルの第3の層は、前記第2の層と前記第1の層との間に配置され、前記ポリフィルの第3の層は、前記第2の層および前記第1の層のうちの少なくとも一方に連結されている、請求項5記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 前記第1の層の前記上面は、接着剤により前記底部層の底面に連結されている、請求項7記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 前記底部層の頂面の少なくとも一部は、前記頂部層の底面に連結されている、請求項5記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 前記中間層は、ゲルで作られている、請求項5記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 前記中間層は、ポリフィル層である、請求項5記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 上面および下面を備えたシリコーンの第4の層を更に有し、前記第4の層は、白色シリコーンの第1の端部に沿って前記頂部層の前記上面に結合されている、請求項5記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 上面および下面を備えたシリコーンの第5の層、および上面および下面を備えたシリコーンの第6の層を更に有し、前記第5の層および前記第6の層は、第1の端部に沿って前記白色シリコーンに接合されている、請求項12記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- フレームを更に有し、前記第5の層の第2の端部が前記フレームに連結され、前記第6の層の第2の層が前記フレームに連結されている、請求項13記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 模擬切開可能組織構造体であって、
シリコーンで作られた摸擬臓器を有し、1つまたは2つ以上の締結具が前記模擬臓器に連結され、
剛性材料で作られたトレーを有し、前記トレーは、ベースおよび支持プラットホームを有し、前記支持プラットホームは、前記ベースから離隔された状態で該ベースの上方に位置し、前記トレーは、1つまたは2つ以上の締結具配置場所を有し、前記模擬臓器は、前記1つまたは2つ以上の締結具と、前記1つまたは2つ以上の締結具配置場所の連結により前記トレーに連結され、前記1つまたは2つ以上の締結具は、前記1つまたは2つ以上の締結具配置場所に取り外し可能に連結可能である、模擬切開可能組織構造体。 - 前記トレーの上に位置した状態で該トレーに連結された切開可能な模擬表皮層を更に有し、前記模擬表皮層の穿通により前記模擬臓器への接近が得られるようになっている、請求項15記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 前記1つまたは2つ以上の締結具は、リベットであり、前記締結具配置場所は、前記リベットを受け入れるよう寸法決めされるとともに形作られた穴である、請求項15記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 前記プラットホームから直立した2つの互いに反対側に配置されている側壁を更に有し、前記側壁は、前記1つまたは2つ以上の締結具に結合するよう形作られた1つまたは2つ以上の締結具配置場所を有する、請求項15記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 前記模擬臓器は、人工前立腺を含む、請求項15記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
- 前記模擬臓器は、人工子宮を含む、請求項15記載の模擬切開可能組織構造体。
