Claims (1)
- 真空断熱容器を形成するための方法であって、
容器を形成するために、内殻と外殻を一体に連結するステップであって、前記容器が前記内殻と前記外殻との間に空間を有する、ステップと、
前記容器の外殻の底面に直線状の開口をレーザにより平行に2つ並べて形成するステップと、
前記容器保持要素を開くステップと、
容器保持要素の内側のポジショナの中に前記容器全体を置くステップと、
前記容器保持要素を閉じるステップと、
さらなる熱を加えることなく前記容器の周囲の圧力を所望のレベルに下げるステップと、それによって前記開口を通して真空にすることによって、前記容器保持要素内および前記容器の周囲を真空に引くステップと、
前記容器保持要素の壁を通してレーザ光線を向けるステップと、前記内殻と前記外殻との間の前記空間中の真空を密封し、前記内殻と前記外殻との間に真空空間を形成するために、前記開口を溶接し閉じるステップと、
第2の容器を含有する第2の容器保持要素に前記レーザの発生源を動かすステップと、
前記第2の容器保持要素中に真空条件が存在する間に、前記第2の容器の開口を密封して閉じるステップと、
を含む、真空断熱容器を形成するための方法。
