Claims (10)
- 摩擦材を形成する方法であって、
繊維質基材とフィラー粒子とを混合して基材を形成することと、
前記基材を、シランを含むシラン溶液で飽和させて、均一に含浸されたシランマトリックスを形成することと、
前記均一に含浸されたシランマトリックスを硬化させて、硬化され均一に含浸されたシランマトリックスを形成することと、
前記硬化され均一に含浸されたシランマトリックスを非シラン結合剤溶液で飽和させて、均一に含浸されたシラン、非シランマトリックスを形成することと、
均一に含浸されたシラン、フェノール樹脂マトリックスを硬化させて、前記摩擦材を形成することとを含み、
前記フィラー粒子が、摩擦調整剤を担持し、前記摩擦調整剤が、10~24個の炭素を含む直線状の親油性尾部と活性極性頭部とを含む、方法。 - 前記繊維質基材が、45~80%の多孔率を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維質基材が、50~65%の多孔率を有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 最初の硬化ステップが、前記均一に含浸されたシランマトリックスを周囲温度で20~28時間硬化させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 最初の硬化ステップが、前記均一に含浸されたシランマトリックスを高温で8~12分間硬化させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高温が80~120℃の範囲である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記フィラー粒子がシリカ含有粒子である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シリカ含有粒子が珪藻土粒子である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記非シラン結合剤溶液がフェノール樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シランがアミノ官能基およびシラノール官能基を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
