Description
a)非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料と、Alを含有しかつSiを含有しないバインダと、ニッケル源、任意にアルカリ源の少なくとも一部と、を混合し、そのようにして製造された混合物を造粒する工程、
b)工程a)で製造された粒状物を、ニッケル源および/またはアルカリ源の少なくとも一部で処理(含浸)する工程であり、ただし、工程a)では、ニッケル源および/またはアルカリ源の全部が、まだシリカ-アルミナ担体材料およびAlを含有しかつSiを含有しないバインダと混合されておらず、かつ
c)粒状物を焼成し、オリゴマー化触媒を製造する工程。
d)バーンオフ、および
e)オリゴマー化触媒の活性表面構造の回復
を有する。
触媒合成(発明性のある触媒1):
インテンシブミキサーの混合容器に、バインダ(ベーマイトと1重量%の硝酸溶液とからなる溶液、アルミニウム含有量:15~17重量%)、ニッケル源(ニッケルペースト、湿った炭酸ニッケル、ニッケル含有量:40~42重量%)および非晶質シリカ-アルミナ(SiO2:77.2重量%、Al2O3:12.2重量%、残部:水、アンモニア、微量のさらなる酸化物(強熱減量)、平均粒径:22μm、比表面積:320m2/g、四面体配位骨格アルミニウム原子対八面体配位骨格アルミニウム原子の比:65対35(Niなしで焼成))を入れる。
カルシウム形態のLinde Type A(LTA)ゼオライト(Sigma Aldrich社製)を約500℃で予備焼成した。ニッケル交換によりニッケルを導入するために、ゼオライトを硝酸ニッケル水溶液(触媒1g当たり20gの溶液)と混合し、80℃で数時間撹拌した。続いて、ニッケル処理ゼオライトを水で洗浄し、乾燥し、そして500℃~600℃の温度で約10~12時間焼成した。このようにして製造されたゼオライト(LTA)触媒は、主に四面体配位アルミニウム原子を含む。
いずれの場合も、約12gの触媒を内径6mmの金属管に充填した。触媒の前後に、予熱相/予冷却相として働く直径2mmのガラスパールを配置した。30バールの供給流と、触媒1グラム当たり7.5g/hのブテンの充填剤と、を用いて、オリゴマー化を行った。反応温度は、80℃~100℃の間で変化した。ブテンの転化率およびオクテンの直線性について、生成物をガスクロマトグラフィーにより分析した。オリゴマー化のための供給流の組成を以下の表1に示す。
Claims (14)
- 酸化ニッケル、Alを含有しかつSiを含有しないバインダ(Si:0.1重量%未満)および非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料を含有し、
NiO:15重量%~40重量%、Al2O3:10重量%~30重量%、SiO2:55重量%~70重量%およびアルカリ金属酸化物:0.01重量%~2.5重量%の組成を有し、かつ
27Al MAS NMRにより測定される四面体配位アルミニウム原子と八面体配位アルミニウム原子との比が、55:45~75:25であること、
を特徴とするオリゴマー化触媒。 - 窒素物理吸着法により測定されるBET比表面積が、150~400m2/gである請求項1に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
- メソ細孔およびマクロ細孔を有する請求項1または2に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
- 水銀ポロシメトリーにより測定される前記メソ細孔の平均細孔直径が、5~15nmである請求項3に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
- 水銀ポロシメトリーにより測定される前記マクロ細孔の平均孔直径が、1~100μmの請求項3に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
- 粒形状である請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
- ISO 13322-1(2004-12-01版)およびISO 13322-2(2006-11-01版)に準拠する画像検査法により測定される平均粒径(d50)が、0.1mm~7mmである請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
- C3-~C6-オレフィンのオリゴマー化方法であり、
前記C3-オレフィン~C6-オレフィンを含有するオレフィン含有供給混合物を、反応帯中の触媒を通過させ、
前記請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の触媒が、オリゴマー化反応の触媒に使用されるオリゴマー化方法。 - C3-~C5-オレフィンがオリゴマー化され、前記オレフィン含有供給混合物が前記C3-~C5-オレフィンを含有する、請求項8に記載のオリゴマー化方法。
- C4-オレフィンがオリゴマー化され、前記オレフィン含有供給混合物が前記C4-オレフィンを含有する、請求項8に記載のオリゴマー化方法。
- 前記オレフィン含有供給混合物が、2重量%未満の分岐鎖状オレフィンを含有する請求項8~10のいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化方法。
- 前記オリゴマー化が液相で行われる、請求項8~11のいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化方法。
- 前記オリゴマー化が、10~70バールの圧力かつ50℃~200℃の温度で行われ、
前記オリゴマー化が液相で行われる場合、前記圧力および温度のパラメータは、反応物流が液相中にあるように選択される、
請求項8~12のいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化方法。 - 前記オレフィン含有供給混合物の重量基準空間速度(WHSV)が、1h-1 ~190h-1の範囲内である請求項8~13のいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化方法。
