Claims (4)
- 気孔率が10~85%、細孔分布の中央値が5~100nmであり、質量%で、SiO2 88~100%未満、ZrO2 0超~10%、Al2O3 0~10%を含有することを特徴とする多孔質ガラス部材。
- 細孔分布の中央値が5~78nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多孔質ガラス部材。
- アスペクト比が2~1000であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の多孔質ガラス部材。
- 気孔率が68~85%であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質ガラス部材。
