Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルモジュールを有するバッテリーセル組立体と、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の一端と第1出力端の間に直列に連結されている第1ヒューズおよび第1メインリレーと、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の他端と第2出力端の間に直列に連結されている第2ヒューズおよび第2メインリレーと、
前記少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルモジュール間に連結された第1接点と前記第1出力端と前記第1メインリレーの間の第2接点に連結されている第1サブリレーと、
前記第1接点と前記第2出力端と前記第2メインリレーの間の第3接点に連結されている第2サブリレーとを備え、
前記第1接点を基準にして一側に位置する第1バッテリーセルモジュールの第1バッテリーセルに欠陥がある時、前記第1メインリレーの閉鎖状態で前記第1サブリレーをオンした後、第1遅延期間の後に前記第1メインリレーをオフし、前記第1接点を基準にして他側に位置する第2バッテリーセルモジュールの第2バッテリーセルに欠陥がある時、前記第2メインリレーの閉鎖状態で前記第2サブリレーをオンした後、第2遅延期間の後に前記第2メインリレーをオフし、
前記第1遅延期間中に前記第1ヒューズが切れ、前記第2遅延期間中に前記第2ヒューズが切れる、バッテリーシステム。 - 複数のバッテリーセルから構成された二つのバッテリーセルモジュールグループを含むバッテリーセル組立体と、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の一端と第1出力端の間に直列に連結されている第1ヒューズおよび第1メインリレーと、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の他端と第2出力端の間に直列に連結されている第2ヒューズおよび第2メインリレーと、
前記二つのバッテリーセルモジュールグループ間に連結された第1接点と前記第1出力端と前記第1メインリレーの間の第2接点に連結されている第1サブリレーと、
前記第1接点と前記第2出力端と前記第2メインリレーの間の第3接点に連結されている第2サブリレーと、
バッテリー管理システムと、
を備え、
前記バッテリー管理システムは、
前記バッテリーセルモジュールグループの中に欠陥があるバッテリーセルを検出した場合、前記欠陥があるバッテリーセルを含む第1バッテリーセルモジュールグループを、前記第1メインリレーおよび前記第2メインリレーのうちの前記第1バッテリーセルモジュールグループに対応するメインリレーをオフして前記第2接点および前記第3接点のうちの前記第1バッテリーセルモジュールグループに対応する接点から遮断し、
前記二つのバッテリーセルモジュールグループのうちの第2バッテリーセルモジュールグループを、前記第1サブリレーおよび前記第2サブリレーのうちの前記第2バッテリーセルモジュールグループに対応するサブリレーをオンして前記対応する接点と連結し、
前記対応するメインリレーの閉鎖状態で、前記対応するサブリレーをオンし、所定の遅延期間の後に前記対応するメインリレーをオフし、
前記遅延期間中、前記第1ヒューズおよび前記第2ヒューズのうちの前記対応するメインリレーに対応するヒューズが切れる、バッテリーシステム。 - 前記バッテリー管理システムは、
前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれの状態情報を獲得するセルモニタリングICと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルそれぞれの状態情報を受信して前記第1バッテリーセルモジュールグループを決定し、前記第1メインリレーと、前記第2メインリレーと、前記第1サブリレーと、前記第2サブリレーとの駆動を制御するリレー駆動制御信号を生成するメイン制御ICと、
前記リレー駆動制御信号によって前記第1メインリレーと、前記第2メインリレーと、前記第1サブリレーと、前記第2サブリレーとを駆動させるリレー駆動信号を生成するリレー駆動部と、
を含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記リレー駆動部は、
前記対応するメインリレーの第1リレー駆動信号のオンレベルで、前記対応するサブリレーの第2リレー駆動信号をオンレベルに変更し、所定の遅延期間の後に前記第1リレー駆動信号をオフレベルに変更する、請求項3に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記第1バッテリーセルモジュールグループが前記第1接点と前記第1ヒューズとの間に連結されている場合、
前記バッテリー管理システムは、
前記第1メインリレーの閉鎖状態で、前記第1サブリレーをオンし、所定の遅延期間の後に前記第1メインリレーをオフする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記遅延期間中に前記第1ヒューズが切れる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーシステム。
- 前記第1バッテリーセルモジュールグループが前記第1接点と前記第2ヒューズとの間に連結されている場合、
前記バッテリー管理システムは、
前記第2メインリレーの閉鎖状態で、前記第2サブリレーをオンし、所定の遅延期間の後に前記第2メインリレーをオフする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記遅延期間中に前記第2ヒューズが切れる、請求項7に記載のバッテリーシステム。
