ろう付け合金と;

- 少なくとも1つの他の部分が、サーメット、超硬合金、または鋼を含む部分から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の物体。
- 炭化ニオブベース硬質相およびニッケル基金属バインダーを含むサーメット部を、少なくとも1つの他の部分にろう付けする方法であって、
a.硬質相粉末の合計量に対して、50wt%を超える炭化ニオブを含む硬質相粉末を用意する工程と;
b.金属バインダー粉末の合計量に対して、50wt%を超えるニッケルを含む金属バインダー粉末を用意する工程と;
c.硬質相粉末および金属バインダー粉末を有機バインダーと混合して、4.2原子パーセントから22.3原子パーセントのモリブデンを含む粉末混合物を得る工程と;
d.得られた粉末混合物を粉砕する工程と;
e.粉砕粉末混合物をプレス加工する工程と;
f.プレス加工された粉末混合物を焼結させて、焼結サーメット部を得る工程と;
g.ろう付け合金を用意する工程と;
h.得られた焼結サーメット部を、ろう付け合金を使用することにより、少なくとも1つの他の部分にろう付けする工程と
を含む方法において、工程cでは、
炭化モリブデンの粉末が添加されるか、または、
モリブデンの粉末および炭素の粉末が添加され、
溶融時のろう付け合金のサーメット部との接触角が90°未満である、
方法。 - 炭化モリブデンの重量パーセント、または添加されたモリブデンおよび炭素の組合せ重量パーセントが、粉末混合物全体のうちの、ニッケルの重量パーセント未満である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- ニッケル、ならびに炭化モリブデンまたはモリブデンおよび炭素の組合せ重量パーセントが、粉末混合物全体の6重量パーセントから35重量パーセントである、請求項4または請求項5に記載の方法。
- ろう付け合金が、銀ベースである、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの他の部分が、サーメット、超硬合金、または鋼を含む部分から選択される、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 炭化ニオブベース硬質相、ニッケル基金属バインダー、及び4.2原子パーセントから22.3原子パーセントのモリブデンを含む、サーメット部であって、溶融ろう付け合金を用いてサーメット部が少なくとも1つの他の部分にろう付けされる方法の間に、溶融ろう付け合金の接触角を減少させるために使用され、溶融時のろう付け合金のサーメット部との接触角が90°未満である、サーメット部。
- 接触角が、45°以下に減少される、請求項9に記載のサーメット部。
- ろう付け合金が、銀ベースである、請求項9または10に記載のサーメット部。
- サーメット部がろう付けされる少なくとも1つの他の部分が、サーメット、超硬合金、または鋼を含む部分から選択される、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のサーメット部。
