この上面視において、第1孔部210と、光源20Aの電極26は相似形状である。なお、「相似形状」とは数学的に正確な相似の関係にあることに限らず、一方を拡大又は縮小した場合に他方の形状に完全に一致せずに多少ずれがあるような関係も「相似形状」に含まれる。
Claims (9)
- 第1上面と、前記第1上面の反対側にある第1下面と、前記第1上面および前記第1下面を貫通する第1孔部と、前記第1下面側に配置された接続部を含む配線層とを含む支持部材と、
第2上面と、前記第2上面の反対側にある第2下面とを含む発光素子と、前記第2下面に配置された電極とを含み、前記支持部材の前記第1上面上に配置された光源と、
前記第1孔部内に配置され、前記電極と前記配線層とを電気的に接続する導電部材と、
を備え、
前記電極の下面は、前記支持部材の前記第1上面より下方で前記第1孔部内に位置し、
前記導電部材は、前記電極の前記下面および側面に接すると共に、前記配線層の前記接続部の下面および側面に接している面状光源。 - 前記支持部材は接着部材を含み、前記接着部材の上面が前記第1上面を構成し、
前記光源の下面が、前記接着部材の前記上面に接している請求項1に記載の面状光源。 - 上面視において、前記電極は前記第1孔部の開口形状の中心と重なる位置にある請求項1または2に記載の面状光源。
- 第3上面と、前記第3上面の反対側にある第3下面と、前記光源が配置される第2孔部とを含み、前記第3下面を前記支持部材の前記第1上面に対向させて前記支持部材上に配置された導光部材をさらに備える請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の面状光源。
- 前記支持部材は、
前記配線層を含む配線基板と、
前記配線基板と前記導光部材の前記第3下面との間、および前記配線基板と前記光源との間に配置された光反射性シートと、
を含む請求項4に記載の面状光源。 - 上面視において、前記第1孔部と前記電極は相似形状である請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の面状光源。
- 上面視において、前記第1孔部と前記電極は円形である請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の面状光源。
- 上面視において、前記第1孔部と前記電極は、同じ数の角部を有する多角形であり、互いの角部同士を対向させている請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の面状光源。
- 断面視において、前記電極の前記下面は、前記支持部材の前記接着部材の前記上面と下面の間に位置する請求項2に記載の面状光源。
