特に、前記洗浄液浄化部3は、前記スクラバーから排出された汚染した洗浄液を一時的に貯留する循環バッファタンク32を含み、洗浄液循環システムの安全性を高め、前記スクラバー2から排出された汚染した洗浄液の汚染物を凝集させる凝集剤を供給する凝集剤供給装置33を含み、洗浄液中で汚染物がより凝集しやすくすることによって、より効率的な浄化がなされるようにし、汚染物を沈殿させて1次に浄化する沈殿装置34を含み、主浄化装置である濾過装置35の負荷を低減させ、2次に浄化する濾過装置35は自動洗浄部354を含み、前記濾過装置34を長期間運転可能にした。
Claims (12)
- 洗浄液を用いて排煙ガスから硫黄酸化物を含む汚染物を除去するスクラバーと、
前記スクラバーから排出された汚染した洗浄液を浄化する洗浄液浄化部と、
前記洗浄液浄化部で浄化された洗浄液を前記スクラバーに再び供給する洗浄液再供給部と、を含み、
前記洗浄液浄化部は、前記汚染した洗浄液を濾過し、汚染物を濾して浄化する濾過装置を含み、
前記濾過装置は、汚染した洗浄液を濾過させるメッシュと、前記メッシュに付着した汚染物を除去する自動洗浄部と、を含み、
前記自動洗浄部は、前記メッシュに付着した汚染物を含む逆洗浄水を吸入する吸入部と、前記吸入部の一側を収容し、前記吸入部から吸入された逆洗浄水を排出する排出部と、動力を提供する駆動部と、前記駆動部の動力を受けて前記吸入部を機械的に回転させる従動部と、を含む、排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。 - 前記濾過装置は、流入した汚染した洗浄液を前記メッシュで濾過する濾過モードと、流入した汚染した洗浄液を迂回経路を通じて濾過過程無しでそのまま排出する迂回モードで動作することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。
- 洗浄液が一時的に集まる前室と、
前記メッシュを通過して濾過された洗浄液を捕集して排出する濾過後室と、
前記メッシュを通過しない洗浄液を捕集して排出する後室と、をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。 - 前記メッシュの両端に前記前室および前記後室が連結され、
前記前室は前記濾過後室および前記後室の間の圧力差を形成し、前記前室が濾過または逆洗浄の洗浄液の流れを誘導する、請求項3に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。 - 前記濾過後室は、濾過された洗浄液を前記洗浄液再供給部に供給する、請求項3に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。
- 前記洗浄液浄化部は、前記スクラバーから排出された汚染した洗浄液を一時的に貯留する循環バッファタンクをさらに含み、
前記後室は、前記後室内の洗浄液を迂回経路を通じて濾過無しで循環させる、請求項3に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。 - 前記洗浄液浄化部は、前記スクラバーから排出された汚染した洗浄液を一定時間滞留させ、汚染物を沈殿させて浄化する沈殿装置を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。
- 前記沈殿装置は、内側に汚染した洗浄液が流入し、前記汚染した洗浄液中の汚染物が沈殿して形成された濃縮スラッジを排出する沈殿槽を含み、
前記沈殿槽は、複数の傾斜板が一定の間隔で離隔して設置された傾斜モジュールを含み、前記傾斜板の間に汚染した洗浄液が下方から上方に傾斜して流動しながら汚染物が分離される、請求項7に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。 - 前記沈殿槽は、スラッジの濃縮を円滑に保持するように、上端部が長幅に、下端部が短幅に形成されたスラッジ濃縮槽を含む、請求項8に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。
- 前記沈殿装置は、前記沈殿槽の上部に連結され、汚染した洗浄液を前記沈殿槽に案内する流入管と、前記沈殿槽から排出された濃縮スラッジを一時的に貯留するスラッジバッファタンクと、汚染した洗浄液から汚染物が除去された上等水を一時的に貯留する上等水貯留槽と、を含む、請求項8に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。
- 前記沈殿装置は、前記上等水貯留槽に貯留された上等水を流出する上等水流出管を含み、
前記上等水流出管は2個の管に分岐し、前記上等水貯留槽から流出された上等水を前記濾過装置に供給する第1上等水流出分岐管と、前記上等水貯留槽から流出された上等水を前記洗浄液再供給部に供給する第2上等水流出分岐管と、を含む、請求項10に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。 - 前記洗浄液浄化部は、前記上等水流出管を通じて流出される上等水の水質をモニタリングする水質監視装置を含み、
前記水質監視装置の結果に基づいて、上等水の水質が設定基準より低いと、前記上等水貯留槽に貯留された上等水を前記第1上等水流出分岐管を通じて前記濾過装置に供給し、設定基準より高いと、前記第2上等水流出分岐管を通じて前記洗浄液再供給部に供給する制御装置を含む、請求項11に記載の排煙ガス洗浄液浄化システム。
