Description
Claims (4)
- ピストンと、前記ピストンから延設された当接部が当接可能な被当接部材との間に介在するばね組立体であって、
前記ピストンを前記被当接部材から離れる方向に付勢する複数のばねと、
環状に形成され、周方向に並んだ複数の前記ばねを支持するベース板と、
環状に形成され、前記ベース板に対向して前記ベース板と複数の前記ばねを挟んで支持する支持板と、を備え、
前記ベース板は、
前記ばねが縮んだときに前記当接部を挿通させて前記被当接部材に当接させるための複数の貫通孔と、
前記当接部が挿入され、複数の前記貫通孔の縁にそれぞれ形成される複数の筒部と、を有し、
前記筒部は、前記ピストンの進退方向に沿って延設し、
前記支持板は、前記当接部を挿通する挿通孔を有することを特徴とするばね組立体。 - 前記挿通孔と前記当接部の外周面とのクリアランスは、前記貫通孔と前記当接部の外周面とのクリアランス以下になるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のばね組立体。
- 前記当接部の先端部は、初期荷重が付与された前記ばね組立体の基準状態において、前記ベース板により手前側で前記筒部の中に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のばね組立体。
- 前記支持板は、複数の前記挿通孔の縁にそれぞれ立設される筒部を有し、
前記支持板および前記ベース板は、同形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のばね組立体。
