光を吸収する光吸収材に対し、前記光吸収材の光吸収波長に対応するレーザビームを照射して、前記光吸収材を飛翔させる手段を有し、
先行するビーム照射領域と後行するビーム照射領域とが重なるとき、前記後行するビーム照射領域に対し、ビーム重心位置が、前記先行するビーム照射領域の外側となるように前記レーザビームを照射し、
複数のドットラインをドットの並び方向と直交する方向に配置したエリアを描画するとき、前記直交する方向で隣り合う2つのドットラインの一方のドットラインのドット位置に対して他方のドットラインのドット位置を前記ドットの並び方向に細密構造的にずらして前記レーザビームを照射する
構成とした。

Claims (11)
- 光を吸収する光吸収材に対し、前記光吸収材の光吸収波長に対応するレーザビームを照射して、前記光吸収材を飛翔させる手段を有し、
先行するビーム照射領域と後行するビーム照射領域とが重なるとき、前記後行するビーム照射領域に対し、ビーム重心位置が、前記先行するビーム照射領域の外側となるように前記レーザビームを照射し、
複数のドットラインをドットの並び方向と直交する方向に配置したエリアを描画するとき、前記直交する方向で隣り合う2つのドットラインの一方のドットラインのドット位置に対して他方のドットラインのドット位置を前記ドットの並び方向に細密構造的にずらして前記レーザビームを照射する
ことを特徴とする光吸収材を飛翔させる装置。 - 前記レーザビームを走査する走査手段を有し、
前記走査手段による走査速度は、前記レーザビームのビーム外径と走査周波数の積の1/2より大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光吸収材を飛翔させる装置。 - 主たる前記レーザビームを照射させる前に、従たる前記レーザビームを照射するプレ照射を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光吸収材を飛翔させる装置。 - 音響光学変調素子を有し、
前記音響光学変調素子で前記プレ照射する前記レーザビームを生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光吸収材を飛翔させる装置。 - 前記レーザビームを出力するファイバレーザを有し、
前記ファイバレーザのメインアンプの注入電流を変調させて前記プレ照射する前記レーザビームを生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光吸収材を飛翔させる装置。 - 描画領域の露光部と非露光部との境界から1画素以上の露光部の画素領域に照射する前記レーザビームの光量を別の露光部の画素領域に対して照射する前記レーザビームの光量に加算させる折り返し処理をする
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の光吸収材を飛翔させる装置。 - 画像の複数の方向について前記折り返し処理をする
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光吸収材を飛翔させる装置。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の光吸収材を飛翔させる装置を備えている
ことを特徴とする立体造形物を造形する装置。 - 前記光吸収材を担持する担持体と、
造形物の表面を加熱する手段と、を備え、
前記光吸収材を飛翔させる装置にて前記加熱されて溶融した前記造形物の表面に対し、前記担持体に対峙されている前記光吸収材を飛翔させる
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の立体造形物を造形する装置。 - 造形物の表面を加熱する手段は、加熱用レーザビームを照射する手段であり、
前記加熱用レーザビームのピークパワーは、前記光吸収材を飛翔させる前記レーザビームよりも小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の立体造形物を造形する装置。 - 光を吸収する光吸収材に対し、前記光吸収材の光吸収波長に対応するパルス状レーザビームを照射して、前記光吸収材を飛翔させる方法であって、
先行するビーム照射領域と後行するビーム照射領域とが重なるとき、前記後行するビーム照射領域に対し、ビーム重心位置が、前記先行するビーム照射領域の外側となるように前記レーザビームを照射させ、
複数のドットラインをドットの並び方向と直交する方向に配置したエリアを描画するときには、前記直交する方向で隣り合う2つのドットラインの一方のドットラインのドット位置に対して他方のドットラインのドット位置を前記ドットの並び方向に細密構造的にずらして前記レーザビームを照射させる
ことを特徴とする光吸収材を飛翔させる方法。
