Claims (10)
- 第1の管状物体(2)であり、前記第1の管状物体(2)の内部が第1のチャンバ(4)を画定する、第1の管状物体(2)と、
前記第1の管状物体(2)に対して軸線方向に摺動可能な第2の管状物体(3)であり、前記第2の管状物体(3)の内部が前記第1のチャンバ(4)に流体連通する第2のチャンバ(5)を画定する、第2の管状物体(3)と、
前記第2のチャンバ(5)の内部に配置され、前記第2のチャンバ(5)に対して一体での第3の管状物体(8)であり、前記第3の管状物体(8)の内部が前記第2のチャンバ(5)に流体連通する第3のチャンバ(9)を画定する、第3の管状物体(3)と、
前記第1の管状物体(2)に対して一体の中空ステム(10)であり、前記中空ステム(10)の内部が前記第3のチャンバ(9)と前記第1のチャンバ(4)との間の流体連通を確立する貫通キャビティ(11)を画定する、中空ステム(10)と、
前記第2のチャンバ(5)と前記第3のチャンバ(9)との間に動作可能に配置される第1の静止弁(12)と、
前記ステム(10)に一体に接続され、前記第3のチャンバ(9)と前記ステム(10)の前記貫通キャビティ(11)との間に動作可能に配置される第2の静止弁(14)と、
前記第1のチャンバ(4)の内部で前記第1の管状物体(2)に接続され、前記ステム(10)の前記貫通キャビティ(11)と前記第1のチャンバ(4)との間に動作可能に配置される動的弁(15)と、
を備える、自転車のサスペンション(100)用減衰装置(1)であり、
前記動的弁(15)が、流体が通過する1つ以上の開口部を有する静止体(22)と、前記1つ以上の開口部の自由断面を変更するために前記静止体(22)に対して移動可能であり回転アクチュエータ(25)によって移動されるシャッタ(24)とを含み、
前記静止体(22)が中空体(26)を含み、前記中空体(26)の内部は流体再循環チャンバ(27)の境界を定め、1つ以上の第1流体入口/出口開口部と、1つ以上の第2流体入口/出口開口部とを更に含み、
前記中空体(26)は、第1中央開口部(29)と前記第1中央開口部(29)の周りに周方向に配置される複数の第2開口部(30)とを有する底壁(28)を含み、
前記底壁(28)の前記第1中央開口部(29)は、前記ステム(10)の前記貫通キャビティ(11)と流体連通し、前記底壁(28)の前記第2開口部(30)は、前記第1のチャンバ(4)と流体連通する、減衰装置(1)。 - 前記シャッタ(24)は、前記中空体(26)の前記底壁(28)に配置され隆起部(32)を含むプレート(31)を備え、前記隆起部(32)は、前記中空体(26)の前記底壁(28)の前記第1中央開口部(29)に配置され、前記底壁(28)により補助チャンバ(33)の境界を定め、
前記プレート(31)は、前記プレート(31)の回転によって、前記静止体(22)の前記底壁(28)の前記第2開口部(30)を選択的に塞ぐように成形される、請求項1に記載の減衰装置(1)。 - 前記プレート(31)の前記隆起部(32)は、前記補助チャンバ(33)と前記流体再循環チャンバ(27)との間の流体連通を形成する複数の貫通開口部(35)を含む、請求項2に記載の減衰装置(1)。
- 前記プレート(31)は、前記回転アクチュエータ(25)のシャフト(38)を接続する軸線方向突起部(37)を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の減衰装置(1)。
- 前記第1の管状物体(2)は前記回転アクチュエータ(25)を受けるハウジング(39)を含み、前記ハウジング(39)は前記第1のチャンバ(4)に配置される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の減衰装置(1)。
- 前記動的弁(15)は前記ハウジング(39)に一体的に接続される、請求項5に記載の減衰装置(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(39)は底壁(40)を含み、前記回転アクチュエータ(25)のシャフト(38)が前記底壁(40)を通り、
前記ハウジング(39)の前記底壁(40)が、中空体(26)の前記底壁(28)とともに、前記動的弁(15)の前記流体再循環チャンバ(27)の境界を定める、請求項5又は6に記載の減衰装置(1)。 - 前記回転アクチュエータ(25)が、直流モータを備える、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の減衰装置(1)。
- 前記第1のチャンバ(3)及び前記第2のチャンバ(5)が互いに連続し、一緒に単一のチャンバを形成する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の減衰装置(1)。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の減衰装置(1)を備える自転車用サスペンション(100)。
