Description
Claims (8)
- 多数のステータコアを含む直線状のステータをX軸方向及びY軸方向に移送させるステータ移送部と、
前記移送されたステータに対するコイルの巻線をガイドする巻取ガイド部と、
前記ステータにコイルを巻線する巻取部と、
前記ステータに巻線されるコイルの張力を調節する張力調節部と、
既設定された巻線シーケンスに基づき、前記ステータに三相Y結線方式のコイル巻線が行われるように、前記ステータ移送部、前記巻取ガイド部、及び前記巻取部の動作を制御する制御部と、を含み、
前記巻取ガイド部は、前記ステータの上部において、前記ステータとは離隔して、前記ステータ移送部に設置されるが、移動軸が下方向に向かうように設置されたガイド駆動部と、前記巻取部において、前記ステータのいずれかのステータコアに対するコイルの巻線時、コイルが他のステータコアに引っ掛からないようにガイドするガイド部材と、前記ガイド部材と連結され、前記ガイド部材の回転を担当するガイド部材回転軸と、前記移動軸の下部の終端に設置され、前記移動軸の昇降運動により昇降して、前記ガイド部材の開放状態維持及び閉鎖状態維持を担当するガイドロック部と、を含むことを特徴とするステータコイルの巻線装置。 - 前記ガイド駆動部は、空圧シリンダで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステータコイルの巻線装置。
- 前記ガイド部材は、曲率半径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステータコイルの巻線装置。
- 前記ガイドロック部は、前記ガイド部材の開放状態では、開放状態を維持させ、前記ガイド部材の閉鎖状態では、閉鎖状態を維持させるストッパを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステータコイルの巻線装置。
- 前記ガイドロック部には、前記ストッパが移動する移動空間部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステータコイルの巻線装置。
- 前記移動空間部の中央部は、湾曲した形状で形成され、前記移動空間部の最上部及び最下部は、前記中央部の曲率半径とは異なる曲率半径で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のステータコイルの巻線装置。
- 前記ストッパは、
前記移動空間部の最下部に位置するようになると、前記ガイド部材がそれ以上上がることを防止することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のステータコイルの巻線装置。 - 前記ストッパは、
前記移動空間部の最上部に位置するようになると、前記ガイド部材の開放を防止することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のステータコイルの巻線装置。
