Claims (4)
- バッテリステーションに配置され、ユーザから返却されたバッテリ装置を収容して充電すると共に、返却されたバッテリ装置と交換で充電済みのバッテリ装置をユーザに貸し出す複数のバッテリ交換装置と、
この複数のバッテリ交換装置とネットワークを介して接続されて、前記バッテリ交換装置でのバッテリ装置の交換状況を管理するサーバ装置と、
を有するバッテリステーション管理システムであって、
前記サーバ装置は、
各バッテリステーションに配置された前記バッテリ交換装置からバッテリ装置の交換の実施状況に関する交換情報を収集して、これら交換情報を蓄積し、
前記交換情報を所定の期間で集計して、各バッテリステーションの利用状況に関する統計情報を生成することを特徴とするバッテリステーション管理システム。 - 前記サーバ装置は、
前記統計情報に基づいて、バッテリステーションの新設、およびバッテリステーションにおける前記バッテリ交換装置の増設の少なくともいずれかに関するリコメンド情報を生成して、そのリコメンド情報をユーザに提示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリステーション管理システム。 - 前記サーバ装置は、
前記統計情報に基づいて、バッテリステーションの閉鎖、およびバッテリステーションにおける前記バッテリ交換装置の削減の少なくともいずれかに関するリコメンド情報を生成して、そのリコメンド情報をユーザに提示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリステーション管理システム。 - プロセッサを備えたサーバ装置により、ユーザがバッテリ装置の交換を行うバッテリステーションを管理するバッテリステーション管理方法であって、
前記プロセッサは、
各バッテリステーションに配置されたバッテリ交換装置からネットワークを介してバッテリ装置の交換の実施状況に関する交換情報を収集して、これら交換情報を蓄積し、
前記交換情報を所定の期間で集計して、各バッテリステーションの利用状況に関する統計情報を生成することを特徴とするバッテリステーション管理方法。
