Description
前記実行機構と連動し、少なくとも一端が回復可能に変形できるラックであって、接続部材により前記実行機構に接続された接続部を含むラックと、
前記ラックと噛み合う誘導歯車が設けられた歯車ケースとを備え、前記歯車ケースは、前記ラックを収容するレール溝を有し、前記レール溝は、ストレートレール部と巻取り/解放部とを有し、前記ラックの回復可能に変形する端部は、前記巻取り/解放部に対して滑り込み又は滑り出ることができ、前記巻取り/解放部が前記ストレートレール部の長さ方向における延長線に投影する長さは、そのレールの長さよりも小さいシフト駆動装置。
Claims (9)
- 駆動機構によって駆動可能であり、トランスミッションに接続されるための実行機構と、
前記実行機構と連動し、少なくとも一端が回復可能に変形できるラックであって、接続部材により前記実行機構に接続された接続部を含むラックと、
前記ラックと噛み合う誘導歯車が設けられた歯車ケースとを備え、前記歯車ケースは、前記ラックを収容するレール溝を有し、前記レール溝は、ストレートレール部と巻取り/解放部とを有し、前記ラックの回復可能に変形する端部は、前記巻取り/解放部に対して滑り込み又は滑り出ることができ、前記巻取り/解放部が前記ストレートレール部の長さ方向における延長線に投影する長さは、そのレールの長さよりも小さい、
ことを特徴とするシフト駆動装置。 - 前記歯車ケースの前記ストレートレール部に位置する少なくとも一方側には、前記巻取り/解放部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシフト駆動装置。
- 前記ストレートレール部は、前記誘導歯車の下方に位置し、前記巻取り/解放部は、前記ストレートレール部の少なくとも一端に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシフト駆動装置。
- 前記ストレートレール部の両端は、それぞれ上向き及び下向きに湾曲して、前記ストレートレール部と同一の平面内に位置する2つの巻取り/解放部を形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシフト駆動装置。
- 前記接続部に剛性保持部が設けられており、前記接続部材は、前記剛性保持部から前記実行機構方向に延伸し、前記実行機構に設けられた接続穴内に挿入される突起であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシフト駆動装置。
- 前記ストレートレール部の長さは、その内部のみにおいて前記接続部が前記実行機構につれて自在に滑ることができるように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシフト駆動装置。
- 前記ラックは、少なくともその回復可能に変形する端部付近の側壁に長さ方向に沿って間隔をおいて配置された複数の切欠きが設けられることで、前記ラックの回復可能に変形する端部を、抵抗を低下させた状態で折り曲げて前記巻取り/解放部に入り込ませることを特徴とする請求項1又は5に記載のシフト駆動装置。
- 前記歯車ケースには、それとマッチングする歯車カバーが設けられており、前記歯車カバーには、前記接続部材が突き出る長尺開口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシフト駆動装置。
- 前記駆動機構は、モータを含み、前記歯車ケースの前記誘導歯車に対応する位置には、磁界誘導素子が設けられており、前記磁界誘導素子及び前記モータが自動車の中央制御ユニットに信号により接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシフト駆動装置。
