Claims (6)
- 多孔性支持体、高分子支持層及び親水性選択層が順次に積層された逆浸透膜において、
前記多孔性支持体は、イソフタル酸(IPA)を0.1~7mol%含む酸成分とジオール成分をエステル化反応させて製造されたエステル化合物が重縮合されたコポリエステル繊維を含み、
前記多孔性支持体と高分子支持層の間の接着力は、500~1,100gf/mm2であり、
前記高分子支持層は、30~90μmの厚さを有し、
下記関係式1及び2を全て満足することを特徴とする、逆浸透膜。

なお、前記関係式1及び2において、Aは、多孔性支持体と高分子支持層の間の接着力を示し、Bは、高分子支持層と親水性選択層の間の接着力を示す。 - 高分子支持層形成組成物及び溶媒を含む高分子溶液を準備する第1段階;
前記高分子溶液を多孔性支持体の一面又は両面にキャスティング(casting)して高分子支持層を形成する第2段階;
前記高分子支持層が形成された多孔性支持体を乾燥する第3段階;及び
前記高分子支持層の一面に親水性選択層を形成する第4段階;を含み、
前記多孔性支持体は、イソフタル酸(IPA)を0.1~7mol%含む酸成分とジオール成分をエステル化反応させて製造されたエステル化合物が重縮合されたコポリエステル繊維を含み、
前記多孔性支持体と高分子支持層の間の接着力は、20~1,100gf/mm2であり、
前記高分子支持層は、30~90μmの厚さで形成され、

なお、前記関係式1及び2において、Aは、多孔性支持体と高分子支持層の間の接着力を示し、Bは、高分子支持層と親水性選択層の間の接着力を示す。 - 前記第3段階の乾燥は、110~170℃の温度で1~5分間行うことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の逆浸透膜の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の逆浸透膜を含む逆浸透膜モジュール。
