Description
図1~図4を参照して、一つの実施形態に係る車載温調装置1の構成について説明する。図1は、車載温調装置1を概略的に示す構成図である。本実施形態では、車載温調装置1は、特にモータによって駆動される電動車両に搭載される。
次に、図5~図10を参照して、車載温調装置1の代表的な作動状態について説明する。図5~図10では、冷媒や冷却水が流れている流路が実線で、冷媒や冷却水が流れていない流路が破線でそれぞれ示されている。また、図中の細い矢印は冷媒や冷却水が流れる方向を、太い矢印は熱の移動方向をそれぞれ示している。
次に、図11及び図12を参照して、車載温調装置1の制御について説明する。図11は、車載温調装置1の冷凍回路2及び高温回路4の制御ルーチンを示すフローチャートである。図示した制御ルーチンは一定の時間間隔毎に制御装置5において実行される。
次に、本実施形態に係る車載温調装置1で奏される作用・効果について説明する。まず、本実施形態に係る車載温調装置1によれば、車室の暖房及び冷房に加えて、発熱機器の冷却も一つの冷凍回路2によって行われる。したがって、冷暖房用と、発熱機器の冷却用に別々の冷凍回路2を設ける必要がなく、車載温調装置1の製造コストを低く抑えることができる。

Claims (3)
- 発熱機器と熱交換する発熱機器熱交換器と、大気と熱交換するラジエータと、第1熱交換器と、を有すると共に、これらを通って第1熱媒体が循環するように構成された第1熱回路と、
冷媒から該冷媒及び前記第1熱媒体以外に熱を放熱させて該冷媒を凝縮させる第2熱交換器と、前記第1熱媒体から前記冷媒に吸熱させて該冷媒を蒸発させる前記第1熱交換器とを有すると共に、これらを通って前記冷媒が循環することで冷凍サイクルを実現するように構成された冷凍回路と、を備え、
前記第1熱回路は、前記第1熱媒体が前記ラジエータ及び前記第1熱交換器を通って流れる第1部分回路と、前記第1熱媒体が前記ラジエータ及び前記第1熱交換器を通らずに前記発熱機器熱交換器を通って流れる第2部分回路とを備え、これら第1部分回路及び第2部分回路において同時に別々に前記第1熱媒体が循環することができるように構成され、
前記第1熱回路は、流通態様制御装置を更に有すると共に、該流通態様制御装置も通って前記第1熱媒体が循環するように構成され、
前記流通態様制御装置は、前記第1部分回路と前記第2部分回路との間で前記第1熱媒体が移動する移動状態と、前記第1部分回路と前記第2部分回路との間で前記第1熱媒体の移動が遮断された遮断状態とを切り換えることができるように構成され、
前記流通態様制御装置は、前記第2部分回路内を流れる前記第1熱媒体の温度に応じて、前記移動状態と前記遮断状態とを切り換えるように構成され、
前記流通態様制御装置は、前記第2熱交換器からの放熱が要求されている場合、前記第1部分回路内を流れる前記第1熱媒体の温度が予め定められた基準温度以下であるときには前記遮断状態に設定され、該第1熱媒体の温度が前記基準温度よりも高いときには前記移動状態に設定される、車載温調装置。 - 前記流通態様制御装置は、前記移動状態と前記遮断状態に加えて、前記第1熱媒体が前記第1熱交換器を通らずに前記発熱機器熱交換器及び前記ラジエータを通って流れる状態とで流通状態を切り換えることができるように構成される、請求項1に記載の車載温調装置。
- 車室内の暖房を行うヒータコアを備えると共に該ヒータコアを通って第2熱媒体が循環するように構成された第2熱回路を更に備え、
前記第2熱交換器は、前記冷媒から前記第2熱媒体へ熱を移動させるように前記冷媒と前記第2熱媒体との間で熱交換を行う、請求項1又は2に記載の車載温調装置。
