前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を、前記熱収縮チューブの長さに沿った湾曲形状にするように前記管(302)の内側で変形させることであって、前記湾曲形状の外半径に沿った前記熱収縮チューブ(300)の第1の長さ(500)は、前記湾曲形状の内半径に沿った前記熱収縮チューブ(300)の第2の長さ(502)よりも長い、前記熱収縮チューブを変形させることと
を含む方法。 - 前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を変形させることは、前記湾曲形状を形成するために、前記熱収縮チューブ(300)の端部内に加圧流体を注入して前記管(302)の内部で前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を少なくとも部分的に膨張させることにより、前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を前記管(302)の内部で拡張させ且つ変形させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を前記管(302)内に挿入する前に、前記熱収縮チューブ(300)の一端部(308)を封止することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記管(302)を湾曲させることは、前記管(302)をコイル形状に配置することを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コイル形状は前記管(302)の複数の巻き数を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記熱収縮チューブ(300)は一定の内径を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記管(302)の内径が前記熱収縮チューブ(300)の外径よりも大きい、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱収縮チューブ(300)は、前記管(302)を湾曲させる前に前記管(302)内に挿入される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記管(302)を真っすぐにすることと、
前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を前記管(302)から取り除くことと
を更に含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を前記管(302)内に挿入する前に、真っすぐな熱収縮チューブのストック(310)から前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を切断することを更に含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記管(302)を湾曲させることは前記管(302)を第1のコイル構成になるようにコイル巻きにすることを含み、前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を変形させることは、前記管(302)を前記第1のコイル構成にした状態で、前記管(302)の内側で前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を変形させることを含み、更に、
前記第1のコイル構成とは異なる曲率半径を有する第2のコイル構成になるように前記管(302)をコイル巻きすることと、
前記管(302)を前記第2のコイル構成にした状態で、前記管(302)の内部で前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を変形させることと
を含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記熱収縮チューブ(300)が少なくとも部分的にフッ化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)から構成される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 管(302)内に熱収縮チューブ(300)を挿入することと、
前記管(302)を湾曲させることと、
前記熱収縮チューブ(300)を、前記熱収縮チューブの長さに沿った湾曲形状にするように前記管(302)の内側で変形させることであって、前記湾曲形状の外半径に沿った前記熱収縮チューブ(300)の第1の長さ(500)は、前記湾曲形状の内半径に沿った前記熱収縮チューブ(300)の第2の長さ(502)よりも長い、前記熱収縮チューブを変形させることと
を含む湾曲した熱収縮チューブの製造方法。
