Abstract
【解決手段】ワイヤハーネス9は、二本の高圧電線19と、この二本の高圧電線19を一括して覆いシールドするシールド部材20と、シールド部材20の外側に設けられる外装部材21とを含んで構成されている。外装部材21は、収縮チューブ28からなり、この収縮チューブ28を収縮させると、ワイヤハーネス9の配索経路に合わせて曲げ部29が形成されるようになっている。そして、外装部材21は、曲げ部29の形成により、配索経路の形状を保持することができるようになっている。

Claims (3)
- 一又は複数本の導電路と、該一又は複数本の導電路を収容する筒状の外装部材とを含むワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記外装部材は収縮チューブからなり、収縮させつつ配索経路に合わせた曲げ部を形成するとともに、該曲げ部の形成にて前記配索経路の形状を保持する
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記収縮チューブからなる前記外装部材は、導電性を有してシールド部材としても機能する
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記一又は複数本の導電路の端末位置に設けられる接続部材を更に含み、前記収縮チューブはこの収縮により前記接続部材の外面に密着する止水部を有する
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
