Description
本実施の形態に係る複合材料製パネル構造体(以下、適宜「パネル構造体」と略す)を、図1A,図1Bおよび図2を参照して具体的に説明する。
よって、リブ12の先端部の強化繊維22bは、その配向方向がリブ12の長手方向と略一致するものが含まれ、リブ12の根本付近には、その配向方向が任意となる基板11由来の強化繊維22aが配置される。
次に、パネル構造体10A,10Bを製造するために用いられるプリプレグおよびその積層体について、図3A,図3Bおよび図4A,図4Bを参照して説明する。
次に、パネル構造体の製造方法について、図5A,図5Bを参照して具体的に説明する。

Claims (12)
- 強化繊維およびマトリクス樹脂を含有する複合材料製のプレス成形品であるパネル構造体であって、
基板部と、当該基板部に対して立設し、互いに交差する少なくとも2つのリブと、を備え、
前記リブおよび各前記リブが交差するリブ交差部には前記強化繊維として連続繊維または切込み入り連続繊維が配置されており、
前記リブおよび前記リブ交差部の先端には、前記リブが立設する方向にリブ用の複合材料層が重なって配置されており、
前記リブおよび前記リブ交差部の前記先端以外には、前記リブの幅方向に複合材料層が重なって配置されていることを特徴とする、
複合材料製パネル構造体。 - 強化繊維およびマトリクス樹脂を含有する複合材料製のプレス成形品であるパネル構造体であって、
基板部と、当該基板部に対して立設し、互いに交差する少なくとも2つのリブと、を備え、
前記リブおよび各前記リブが交差するリブ交差部には前記強化繊維として連続繊維または切込み入り連続繊維が配置されており、
前記リブ交差部には、交差する前記リブのうち一方の前記リブの一部を構成する第1の複合材料層と、他方の前記リブの一部を構成する第2の複合材料層とが、前記リブが立設する方向に重なって配置されていることを特徴とする、
複合材料製パネル構造体。 - 前記リブにおける前記連続繊維または前記切込み入り連続繊維の配向方向は、前記リブの長手方向と略一致しているものを含むことを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の複合材料製パネル構造体。 - 前記基板部には、前記強化繊維として前記切込み入り連続繊維が含まれており、
前記リブおよび前記リブ交差部には、前記基板部の前記切込み入り連続繊維が含まれていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料製パネル構造体。 - 前記リブ交差部は、2本以上の前記リブ同士が互いに交差するグリッド構造であることを特徴とする、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料製パネル構造体。 - 航空機用または宇宙機用であることを特徴とする、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料製パネル構造体。 - 前記強化繊維が炭素繊維であり、前記マトリクス樹脂が熱硬化性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料製パネル構造体。 - 基板部と、基板部に対して立設し、互いに交差する少なくとも2本のリブとを含み、強化繊維およびマトリクス樹脂を含有する複合材料製のパネル構造体の製造方法であって、
少なくとも前記マトリクス樹脂を用いて、前記基板部を構成する基板材料部を形成し、
当該基板材料部における前記リブに対応する位置に、前記強化繊維として連続繊維または切込み入り連続繊維を用いたリブ用プリプレグを、前記基板材料部上に積層し付加積層部を形成し、
積層された前記基板材料部および前記付加積層部を成形型によりプレス成形することを特徴とする、
複合材料製パネル構造体の製造方法。 - 前記付加積層部を形成する際には、前記複合材料製パネル構造体の最も外面側に位置する前記リブ用プリプレグを、他の前記リブ用プリプレグよりも幅広のものとすることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の複合材料製パネル構造体の製造方法。 - 前記基板材料部は、基板用プリプレグを積層して形成されるとともに、
前記基板用プリプレグは、前記強化繊維として連続繊維または切込み入り連続繊維を含有することを特徴とする、
請求項8または9に記載の複合材料製パネル構造体の製造方法。 - 前記基板材料部における少なくとも前記リブおよび前記リブが交差するリブ交差部の位置する側には、前記強化繊維として切込み入り連続繊維を用いた切込みプリプレグが用いられ、
前記プレス成形により、前記リブおよび前記リブ交差部には、前記基板材料部に由来する強化繊維の少なくとも一部が導入され、前記リブ用プリプレグが前記リブの先端側に形成される、
請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料製パネル構造体の製造方法。 - 前記基板材料部における少なくとも前記リブおよび前記リブが交差するリブ交差部の位置する側には、前記強化繊維として切込み入り連続繊維を用いた切込みプリプレグが用いられ、
前記基板材料部における前記リブ交差部および当該リブ交差部に近接する前記リブに対応する位置には、前記基板用プリプレグよりも面積の小さく、かつ、前記強化繊維として切込み入り連続繊維を含有するダブラプリプレグを、当該基板用プリプレグの間に介在するように追加積層することを特徴とする、
請求項10に記載の複合材料製パネル構造体の製造方法。
