Claims (11)
- 流体配管用のクイックコネクタ装置に挿入するための挿入片であって、挿入片(20)が中空円筒形の本体(21)を備え、該中空円筒形の本体(21)が、シリンダ軸(29)に沿って前側リング面(24)と後側リング面(25)との間に延び、前記シリンダ軸(29)に沿って延びる通路開口部(26)を有し、前記クイックコネクタ装置の内壁に配置するための外側側面(22)を有し、前記通路開口部(26)が、前記前側リング面(24)に向かって広がる通路部(27)を有し、該通路部(27)が、前記前側リング面(24)に丸いエッジ(28)を有する挿入片。
- 前記中空円筒形の本体(21)が、前記通路部(27)の周囲に環状に延び、前記中空円筒形の本体(21)において通路部(27)を半径方向に画定する傾斜面(23)を有する請求項1に記載の挿入片。
- 前記丸いエッジ(28)が、前記前側リング面(24)と前記傾斜面(23)とを接続している請求項2に記載の挿入片。
- 繊維(33)によって補強された材料からなる請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の挿入片。
- 前記繊維(33)が、ガラス繊維からなる請求項4に記載の挿入片。
- 前記材料が、0%以上70%以下、好ましくは0%以上50%以下の繊維含有率を有する請求項4または請求項5に記載の挿入片。
- 前記前側リング面(24)および前記後側リング面(25)が、少なくとも13mm以上15mm以下の内径、好ましくは14mmの内径を有する請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の挿入片。
- 流体配管を接続するためのシステムであって、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の挿入片(20)と、流体配管(40)のためのクイックコネクタ装置(30)とを備え、前記クイックコネクタ装置(30)が、入口開口部(32)と、該入口開口部(32)から前記クイックコネクタ装置(30)内に延びる内壁(34)とを有し、前記挿入片(20)が、前記外側側面(22)によって内壁(34)上に配置され、前記前側リング面(24)が前記入口開口部(32)に向けられているシステム。
- 端片(42)を有する流体配管(40)を備え、前記端片(42)は、その大きさが前記通路部(27)の最大直径(37)と前記通路開口部(26)の最小直径(35)との間の外径(44)を有する請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体配管(40)の呼び幅が1mm以上30mm以下、好ましくは14mmである請求項8または請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体配管(40)および前記クイックコネクタ装置(30)が、0°以上10°以下、好ましくは0°以上5°以下の角度で互いに接続される請求項8から請求項10のいずれかに記載のシステム。
