次に、本発明に係るRFIDモジュール5を備える容器1の概略構成について説明する。図1は、本発明に係る実施形態1のRFIDモジュール5を有する容器1の全体斜視図である。図2は、図1におけるII-II矢視断面図であり、図3は図1における容器1の展開図である。

Claims (13)
- RFIDモジュールを備えた容器であって、
前記容器の外形を形成する絶縁性の基材と、
前記基材の第1主面に形成された金属膜と、
前記金属膜を第1金属領域と第2金属領域とに分離するように形成されたスリットと、を備え、
前記RFIDモジュールは、RFIC素子と、通信周波数である固有の共振周波数の電磁波による電流を前記RFIC素子に伝送するフィルタ回路と、前記フィルタ回路と接続する第1及び第2電極と、を備え、
前記RFIDモジュールの前記第1電極と前記金属膜の前記第1金属領域とが電気的に接続され、
前記RFIDモジュールの前記第2電極と前記金属膜の前記第2金属領域とが電気的に接続され、
前記スリットは前記容器の側面を周回している、
RFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 通信周波数の電磁波が前記金属膜に照射されると、前記スリットと交差する方向に電流が流れる、
請求項1に記載のRFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 前記金属膜の前記スリットに直交する方向の長さは、通信周波数の電磁波の2分の1波長の電気的長さを有する、
請求項2に記載のRFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 前記第1金属領域と前記第2金属領域とは、前記スリットに対して線対称である、
請求項1に記載のRFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 前記RFIDモジュールを備えた容器は、組み立て式の箱であり、
前記基材は、前記箱の側面となる、第1主面をそれぞれ有する第1面及び第2面と、前記第1面と前記第2面とを接着層により接続するための、前記第1面に連続したフラップとを有し、
前記金属膜は前記フラップにも形成され、
前記スリットは前記フラップにも形成され、
前記RFIDモジュールは、前記フラップに配置されている、
請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のRFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 前記スリットの一端は、前記フラップの端部まで延びる、
請求項5に記載のRFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 前記スリットによって前記フラップの金属膜が分割される、前記フラップの一方側の領域において、前記フラップの前記第1金属領域及び前記第1面の前記第1金属領域と非連続な金属領域を形成する第1分割スリットと、
前記スリットによって前記フラップの金属膜が分割される、前記フラップの他方側の領域において、前記フラップの前記第2金属領域及び前記第1面の前記第2金属領域と非連続な金属領域を形成する第2分割スリットと、を備える、
請求項5または6に記載のRFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 前記RFIDモジュールは、前記基材の前記第1主面と反対側の第2主面に配置されている、
請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のRFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 前記金属膜は、前記スリットを除いて前記基材の前記第1主面の全面に形成されている、
請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載のRFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 前記フラップは、前記フラップの前記第1主面上に前記金属膜が形成されていない非金属領域を有し、
前記フラップの前記非金属領域と前記第2面の第2主面とが前記接着層を介して接着される、
請求項5または6に記載のRFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 前記フィルタ回路は、LC並列共振回路である、
請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載のRFIDモジュールを備えた容器。 - 前記金属膜のシート抵抗は0.5Ω/□以上である、
