Description
連続的あるいは断続的な切れ目によって少なくとも2つの領域に区画されている磁気マーカにある。
本例は、車両に取り付けられた磁気センサで検出できるように路面に敷設されるシート状の磁気マーカ1の例である。この磁気マーカ1は、運転者による車両の運転操作の支援、あるいは運転者の操作に依らない自動運転を実現するための車両側の制御を実現するために利用される。この内容について、図1~図17を参照して説明する。
道路に敷設された磁気マーカは、風雨にさらされ、タイヤに踏まれることもある。磁気マーカ1の使用期間が長期に亘れば、路面に対する接合力が低下し、路面との間に隙間が生じて路面からの剥離が発生するおそれがある。接合面の1カ所に剥離が発生すると、その後、剥離した領域が拡大する可能性が高い。剥離した領域は、加速度的に拡大して磁気マーカ全体の剥がれに至ることもある。

Claims (13)
- 車両に取り付けられた磁気センサで検出できるように路面に敷設され、運転者による車両の運転操作の支援、あるいは運転者の操作に依らない自動運転を実現するための車両側の制御を実現するためのシート状の磁気マーカであって、
該シート状の磁気マーカは、厚さ方向に設けられた連続的あるいは断続的な切れ目によって、少なくとも2つの領域に区画され、
当該少なくとも2つの領域のうちの各領域は、路面から剥離したとき、前記切れ目によって分離できるように構成されていることを特徴とする磁気マーカ。 - 請求項1において、前記切れ目は、格子状をなすように設けられていることを特徴とする磁気マーカ。
- 請求項1において、前記切れ目には、中心が同じで直径が異なる複数の同心円状の切れ目と、該複数の同心円状の切れ目によって区画される環状領域を周方向において区画する切れ目と、があり、

- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項において、路面に敷設される前の磁気マーカは、磁気マーカを保持するシート状のライナーに保持されており、片面を該ライナーによって保持された状態の磁気マーカを路面に接合した後、該ライナーを剥がすことによって前記磁気マーカを路面に移載でき、
前記ライナーによって保持された前記磁気マーカは、厚さ方向に貫通すると共に連続状をなす切れ目によって少なくとも2つの領域に区画されていることを特徴とする磁気マーカ。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか1項において、前記磁気マーカは、車両のタイヤがスリップするおそれを低減する滑り止めの機能を備える防滑層を含んでおり、
当該防滑層は、大小様々な骨材を含むか、あるいは層厚にばらつきのある防滑層であることを特徴とする磁気マーカ。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか1項において、前記領域が分離した際の形状は、正方形状よりも慣性モーメントが大きな形状であることを特徴とする磁気マーカ。
- 請求項10において、前記領域が分離した際の形状は、非対称形状であることを特徴とする磁気マーカ。
- 請求項1において、渦巻状の切れ目と径方向の放射状の切れ目とが設けられ、
前記磁気マーカを構成する少なくとも2つの領域のうち、外周側に位置する領域が前記切れ目によって隣り合う内周側の領域から分離可能であって、前記磁気マーカを構成する各領域が、外周側から剥離するように構成されていることを特徴とする磁気マーカ。 - 請求項1~12のいずれか1項において、前記磁気マーカは、少なくともシート状の磁石である磁石シートの層を含んでいると共に、当該磁石シートが、前記切れ目によって少なくとも2つの領域に区画されていることを特徴とする磁気マーカ。
