Description
図1を参照して、本実施形態に係る電動装置を含むハイブリッドカーの構成を説明する。本実施形態のハイブリッドカーは、エンジン1(内燃機関)と、発電機4(第1電動機)と、バッテリ5(蓄電装置)と、駆動モータ6(第2電動機)と、車輪7(駆動輪)と、を備える。ハイブリッドカーは、エンジン1で車輪7を駆動せず、バッテリ5からの電力で駆動モータ6が車輪7を駆動するもので、エンジン1、バッテリ5、駆動モータ6、車輪7が直列接続(シリーズ接続)されることから、シリーズハイブリッドカーと称される。
次に、本実施形態に係る電動装置によるエンジン制御の処理手順を、図3のフローチャートを参照して説明する。

以上詳細に説明したように、本実施形態に係る電動装置制御方法及び電動装置は、車両の駆動軸に対して回転自在に支持された内燃機関の駆動力によって第1電動機による発電を行う際、車両の車速が大きいほど内燃機関の回転数を高く設定し、駆動軸に接続された第2電動機に要求される要求駆動力がゼロ又は負になったとき、車速が第1閾値以上であれば、内燃機関を停止させ、車速が第1閾値未満であれば、発電を継続させる。

Claims (6)
- 車両の駆動軸に対して回転自在に支持された内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の駆動力を受けて発電を行う第1電動機と、前記駆動軸に接続された第2電動機と、コントローラと、を備えた電動装置の制御を行う電動装置制御方法であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1電動機での発電を行う際、前記車両の車速が大きいほど前記内燃機関の回転数を高く設定し、
前記内燃機関の駆動力によって前記第1電動機が発電を行っている状態において、前記第2電動機に要求される要求駆動力がゼロ又は負になったとき、
前記車速が第1閾値以上であれば、前記内燃機関を停止させ、
前記車速が第1閾値未満であれば、前記発電を継続させること
を特徴とする電動装置制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の電動装置制御方法であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1電動機での発電を行う際、前記車両の車速が大きいほど前記内燃機関の回転数が段階的に高くなるように設定し、
前記内燃機関の回転数が段階的に高くなる境界の車速を、前記第1閾値とすること
を特徴とする電動装置制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の電動装置制御方法であって、
前記コントローラは、前記車両が停車するまでに前記第2電動機による回生で得られると想定される電力量が所定電力量となる前記車両の車速を、前記第1閾値とすること
を特徴とする電動装置制御方法。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電動装置制御方法であって、
前記コントローラは、前記車速が前記第1閾値未満である場合に、前記第2電動機からの回生電力が供給される蓄電装置の充電量が所定の充電量閾値以上であれば、前記内燃機関を停止させること
を特徴とする電動装置制御方法。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電動装置制御方法であって、
前記コントローラは、前記車速が前記第1閾値未満である場合、前記発電を継続させた後の、前記車速が前記第1閾値よりも小さい第2閾値未満まで減速したときに前記内燃機関を停止させること
を特徴とする電動装置制御方法。 - 車両の駆動軸に対して回転自在に支持された内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の駆動力を受けて発電を行う第1電動機と、
前記駆動軸に接続された第2電動機と、
コントローラと、
を備えた電動装置であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1電動機での発電を行う際、前記車両の車速が大きいほど前記内燃機関の回転数を高く設定し、
前記内燃機関の駆動力によって前記第1電動機が発電を行っている状態において、前記第2電動機に要求される要求駆動力がゼロ又は負になったとき、
前記車速が第1閾値以上であれば、前記内燃機関を停止させ、
前記車速が第1閾値未満であれば、前記発電を継続させること
を特徴とする電動装置。
