Claims (5)
- 固定部と、前記固定部に対して動作平面に沿って移動可能に支持された可動部とを有し、前記固定部と前記可動部の一方に設けた磁石と他方に設けたコイルを含む駆動手段によって前記可動部を前記動作平面に沿って移動させるステージ駆動装置であって、
前記固定部と前記可動部のうち前記コイルが設けられる側に、
前記固定部に対する前記可動部の位置を検出する磁気センサと、
前記磁石との間に働く磁力によって、前記動作平面と垂直な方向での前記固定部に対する前記可動部の位置を安定させる磁性体と、を備え、
前記磁性体と前記磁気センサは、前記動作平面に沿う方向で互いの位置を異ならせており、
前記コイルは空芯コイルであり、空芯部を挟む幅方向の両側に、導線が直線状に延びる一対の略平行な直線状部を有し、
前記コイルの一対の直線状部に沿って延びる一対の前記磁性体及び一対の前記磁石を有し、
前記コイルの幅方向で、前記一対の磁性体のそれぞれの幅は、前記一対の磁石のそれぞれの幅よりも小さいことを特徴とするステージ駆動装置。 - 前記磁気センサは前記コイルの前記空芯部内に配置され、
前記一対の磁性体は、前記コイルの幅方向で前記磁気センサの両側に分かれて位置している、請求項1に記載のステージ駆動装置。 - 前記動作平面に対して垂直な方向で、前記磁石、前記コイル、前記磁性体の順で配列される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のステージ駆動装置。
- 前記コイル及び前記磁気センサは、前記可動部と前記固定部の一方に取り付けられるフレキシブル基板上に配置され、
前記磁性体は、前記フレキシブル基板のうち前記コイルの裏面側に配置される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のステージ駆動装置。 - 前記可動部は撮像素子又は光学素子を支持している、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のステージ駆動装置を備えた撮像装置。
