Description
本出願は、Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd.により2018年12月4日に出願された、発明の名称が「骨小柱構造及びそれを用いたプロテーゼ」である中国特許出願第201811475455.3号の優先権を主張し、その開示の全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は、医療用プロテーゼの技術分野に関し、具体的に、骨小柱構造、それを用いたプロテーゼ及びその製造方法に関する。
自然の骨小柱構造をマイクロCTで三次元スキャンし、スキャンされたデータをMIMICSでリモデリングし、骨小柱構造の三次元概略モデルを取得することにより、骨小柱構造の基本構造モデルを予め取得するステップ(1)と、
骨小柱構造の三次元概略モデルにおける各ストラットの直径を100μm~200μmの範囲に調整するとともに、各ストラットによって形成された孔隙の直径を、各孔隙の平均直径が100μm~400μmの範囲になるように調整し、三次元概略モデルの孔隙率を50%~80%の範囲に調整するステップ(2)と、
骨小柱構造の三次元概略モデルを、同種の組織の異なる成長要件にそれぞれ適合した領域に分割し、異なる領域が異なる孔隙率を有するように、各領域の孔隙の直径をさらに調整することにより、異なる骨成長要件の下で骨小柱構造をより迅速かつ適応的に骨組織に成長させるステップ(3)と、
3D印刷装置で骨小柱構造のソリッドモデルを生成し、3D印刷装置のフォーカスオフセットパラメータを5.8mA~6.2mAの範囲において調整することにより、生成されたソリッドモデルにおけるストラットの表面に複数の凸起を形成するステップ(4)と、を含む骨小柱構造の製造方法を提供する。
Claims (9)
- 骨小柱構造であって、
立体多孔構造として構成された本体を備え、
前記立体多孔構造は、複数のストラットと、複数のストラットが千鳥状に接続されてなる複数の孔隙とを備え、
各前記孔隙は、互いに連通し、各前記孔隙の平均直径が異なり、
各前記孔隙の平均直径は、100μm~400μmの範囲であり、
前記立体多孔構造の孔隙率は、50%~80%の範囲であり、
各前記ストラットの外周壁には、複数の凸部が形成され、
前記立体多孔構造の外縁のストラットにおける凸部の密度は、前記立体多孔構造の内部のストラットにおける凸部の密度よりも大きく、
前記凸部は、断面の最大輪郭形状の幅が5~50μmの範囲であり、最大高さが10~50μmの範囲であることを特徴とする骨小柱構造。 - 前記立体多孔構造は、同種の組織の異なる成長要件にそれぞれ適合し異なる孔隙率を有する複数の領域を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨小柱構造。
- 同一の領域において、前記立体多孔構造の外部から内部への方向における孔隙の密度は徐々に増加することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の骨小柱構造。
- 前記ストラットの直径は、100μm~200μmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨小柱構造。
