Description
(1) エネルギー供給デバイス及びプロセッサを備えるシステムであって、前記プロセッサは、アブレーションに関連した解剖学的変化に合わせて調整された標的組織領域を識別するように構成されている、システム。
(2) 予想されたアブレーションに関連した解剖学的変化に合わせて調整された前記標的組織領域を識別することは、
a)前記組織領域及び前記エネルギー供給デバイスに関する情報を受信することと、
b)前記組織領域内の収縮領域を計算することと、
c)前記組織領域内の収縮点を判定することと、
d)前記組織領域内の収縮変形を計算することと、
e)前記計算された収縮変形を適用することと、
f)アブレーションに関連した解剖学的変化に合わせて調整された前記標的組織領域を識別することと、を含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(3) 前記プロセッサは、前記エネルギー供給デバイスと通信している、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(4) 前記プロセッサは、前記エネルギー供給デバイスの所望の組織領域への位置決定を誘導するように構成されている、実施態様3に記載のシステム。
(5) 前記所望の組織領域は、前記識別された標的組織領域である、実施態様4に記載のシステム。
(7) 収縮変形は、各収縮点の収縮点距離及び収縮点方向を含む、実施態様2に記載のシステム。
(8) 各収縮点の収縮点方向は、1つ以上の方向変化を含む、実施態様7に記載のシステム。
(9) 組織領域をアブレーションする方法であって、実施態様1に記載されているシステムを提供することと、アブレーションに関連した解剖学的変化に合わせて調整された標的組織領域を識別することと、前記識別された標的組織領域で前記エネルギー供給デバイスを位置決定することと、前記組織領域をアブレーションすることと、を含む、方法。
(10) 前記組織領域は、被験体内にある、実施態様9に記載の方法。
(12) 前記アブレーションされた組織領域は、前記識別された標的組織領域に含まれない組織を含まない、実施態様9に記載の方法。
Claims (6)
- エネルギー供給デバイス及びプロセッサを備えるシステムであって、前記プロセッサは、アブレーション中の組織の解剖学的変化である収縮予測を適用した予測標的組織領域を識別するように構成されており、
前記予測標的組織領域を識別することは、
a)アブレーションされる組織領域及び前記エネルギー供給デバイスに関する情報を受信することと、
b)前記情報に基づき前記アブレーションされる組織領域内の収縮変形を計算すること、
により前記予測標的組織領域を識別することと、を含み、
前記プロセッサは、前記エネルギー供給デバイスと通信している、システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記エネルギー供給デバイスの所望の組織領域への位置決定を誘導するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記所望の組織領域は、識別された前記予測標的組織領域である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記エネルギー供給デバイスに電気接続された電源を更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織領域内の収縮点を判定し、前記収縮変形は、各収縮点の収縮点距離及び収縮点方向を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各収縮点の収縮点方向は、1つ以上の方向変化を含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
